There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. You will find plenty of wildlife to watch from the patio including Pheasants Squirrels and Red Kites. The village has a service station, shop and "The Trout Cafe" serving good home cooked food. Luxurious and very spacious double height barn conversion located outside the village of Y Ffôr. 5 minute drive from the market town of Pwllheli and on the door step of Pen Llyn's sandy beaches. The Barn is also a short drive into Snowdonia with views of Y Wyddfa (Snowdon) from the bedroom. Wood fired hot tub and wood burner. The cottage is part of a 9-acre ex dairy farm. We live in the 200 year old Farm House next door. Excellent base for exploring the Pembrokeshire Coast with some of Britain’s best beaches.
