Great experience in Tricia's apartment, everything was great from start to finish. Following a last-minute cancellation by another landlord, I booked with her, and honestly, I regretted not having done it upfront! Despite the last minute booking, Tricia was very responsive and welcoming. She took the time to explain everything to me and even recommended great places to discover, which I tested and loved. The accommodation is totally self-contained, very well-equipped and incredibly tidy – everything was so clean and thoughtfully organized that I almost didn't want to touch it! If you spend a few days in Liverpool, go for it without hesitation at Tricia, you won't be disappointed!

We loved this flat! 2 couples and a teenager. We all had our own spaces and the kitchen had all we needed for when we decides to eat in. The bathrooms were spotless- along with the rest of the flat. Easy access to buses to Liverpool town center and Queens Square for train. A lovely walk through a green space park to Anfield Stadium. Daniel was quick to respond to any questions that we had. A wonderful stay!

Had a great stay. Everything was exactly as described. Easy walk into the city centre. Especially nice if you cross the road and then walk along by the canal path. Great takeaway 2 minutes walk up the road and also near Tesco if you need anything. Accommodation was spotless and we found it very relaxing.

Loved our stay here. The apartment is brilliant. 6 of us stayed there and it was really spacious. 2 bathrooms was a bonus. The location is great too, it was only a 2 min walk from a car park and a 5 minute walk from some bars. We would absolutely stay there again.

Fantastic apartment in a great location just a short walk from the centre of town. The apartment was really nice, bright, spacious and clean! Had everything we needed for a comfortable overnighter and well worth the money. Anna was great and kept us in the loop via text, and was quick to answer the phone when we needed to get in touch. Overall our stay was great with no complaints.

Good location for city of centre, we walked in but there were plenty of buses. Accomodation was clean and well equipped on a quiet road.

Loved our 2-night stay! Great clean, comfortable and stylish apartment with private parking, it had everything we could ask for. Ideal for walking to all the best local attractions. We were really happy. Highly recommended!

The accommodation was really nice. Exactly how the photos made it out to be and it was also very clean and tidy.

Had a fantastic weekend. 15 of us came to celebrate 2 x 50th birthdays (group of girls ranged from 20 to 63) The house was very spacious, loved the fact it was in two wings. The dressing room was so handy for hair n makeup. Two of the bedrooms had en-suites. Kitchen was well equipped, milk was a nice touch so we could have a cuppa on arrival. Would definitely book this house again.

I very much enjoyed my stay. I immediately felt right at home, check in was seamless, the property was exactly as described. Port Sunlight is very characterful and unique. It's also well located and has good transport links. I had no issues finding or accessing the house and it was spotlessly clean; it had comfortable beds, fast Internet, hot water, coffee machine, all the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. The surroundings are quiet and pleasant, lots of shops nearby but you feel removed from the hustle and bustle. Overall, it's a 10/10 property from me, when returning to the area I wouldn't hesitate to book with Matthew again :)

The place was perfect for our stay. We are a group of 7 school friends from all over the UK and USA who get together at different places in England every year. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom which we have never managed before! The place was spotless and in a great location - 10 minutes walk from the train station. We also appreciated the lovely garden as we had the most wonderful weather! Would highly recommend. Thanks for hosting us.

We absolutely loved staying at Lindsey’s place. Everything was so thoughtfully arranged and so homey. We travelled with our 1 year old daughter and honestly it was a dream. There was a high chair, toys to play with, books to read. An enclosed garden with a swing and a slide (a thrilling favourite). Little details like soft carpet on the stairs and around the patio doors and a back door that could be opened at the top but not the bottom so we could get some air but contain the toddler. Everything was spotlessly clean and everything we needed was provided and easy to find. We would stay again in a heartbeat! Thanks Lindsey!

Great stay over the Easter weekend, Greg is a fantastic host, allowed us to check in early and even posted a bag back to us that we had accidentally left. House plenty big enough for the 3 adults and 3 kids, big beds were very comfy but kids mattresses were quite thin and they said they were a little uncomfortable, but safe to say they managed for 3 nights! As it was Easter we understandably paid a premium and at £450 a night felt the accommodation was showing some wear and tear in places. Note it is cheaper at most other times so is still value for money. Would recommend property if staying in the area with family.

From booking, to arriving at the property, Eddie was extremely helpful and whenever we contacted for information he responded quickly. The house was homely and exactly as described! The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog who just loves to be outside, and the patio doors at the back meant that we could allow him the space to roam in and out as he pleased. The property was within a 10-15 minute Drive in to Liverpool which was great if you’re looking for a quiet area to stay while visiting. Thank you!!

Jason and Jen are great hosts. When we checked in, they were there to welcome us and entertain any questions we might have had in a comfortable way. When they had learned I was going to be celebrating my birthday while we were there, they bought a cake to help us celebrate. We had other groceries too. The flat had everything you could ask for in a property. It was clean, centrally located in Liverpool’s city center, and walkable to a lot of interesting attractions, restaurants, shops, museums and of course pubs, comfortable beds and pillows, a nice kitchen and bath, cable TV, and more. I’d recommend this property.

The flat is quiet and located a short walk to Penny Lane and local shops/ restaurants. It’s a 15/20 minute drive into the city Centre and easy to access taxis and buses. We had a car and there are parking spaces on site. We would definitely choose this flat again.

Beautiful apartment in a fabulous location. Quiet leafy avenue with buzzing Lark Lane just round the corner but not intrusive. Well stocked with everything needed for a very comfortable stay. If I could give this apartment 11 out of 10 I would! Will definitely stay again if in Liverpool.

This is a great apartment. Spacious. Walking distance 30 mins to the centre (L1) or around £6-9 in an uber. Nicole was great with communication.

We had a great weekend. Spacious apartment with lovely views. Walk to beach or into Hoylake. Clare gave helpful local advice & warned us about a local sailing event that might make restaurants busier.

Lovely modern, airy, clean flat as described. Extra touches much appreciated eg food, soap and cleaning products left for us to use. Liz was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and we would stay again.

As per photos. Well set up. Chris is a fab host, always got back super quick. He had some great recommends. Perfect location for visiting Liverpool. Ubers so reasonable or you can get the train. Spacious for 4 adults. Such a quiet area. Parts of Birkenhead are quite rundown which is a shame as this apartment has a great square opposite which is peaceful, a cute bakery around the corner and a fab Thai restaurant. Saying that though, I’d def stay here when I want to visit Liverpool.l and would highly recommend.Didn’t feel unsafe in the park, or apartment at all and neither did my parents who are in their mid 70s.
