Perfectly located in a quiet, safe and green neighborhood: 0.8 mi from Walnut Creek BART station and 1 mi from Walnut Creek downtown, having great restaurants, shopping and other family-friendly activities. The place is not big, has rustic charm and is good for couples, solo and business travelers.

This is a charming stand alone cottage next to the main house with its own private entrance. You'll have access to an acre of garden which you are welcome to relax in. It has a full size fridge with a stackable washer dryer The property is 11 minutes from the Lafayette BART and 7 minutes from Walnut Creek town center by car. Briones Wildlife Park is less than a mile away. We have 4 cats and two small dogs. Pets are welcome but we ask for large dogs to be on leash. TESLA charging available.
