The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.

The house is located in Wals-Siezenheim next to Salzburg. It is surrounded by meadows and invites you to relax. The apartment is carefully decorated with lots of wood and cosiness. You can find everything you need- a kitchen, a big bed, a couch, a TV, a bathroom with towels, free WiFi as well as nature. From the city-centre of Salzburg you can reach the apartment in 20 minutes by bus or car and from the airport in 15 minutes by bus. Also you can enjoy the nature next to your apartment.

Centrally located a few minutes' drive from Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. Berchtesgaden can be reached in around 20 minutes. A small grocery store is just around the corner on Untersbergstrasse and is open 7 days a week (Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.). A beautiful family outdoor pool is just a 5-minute walk away.

The apartment is located on the upper floor (3rd floor) of the converted, former old agricultural mill in the heart of Siezenheim. It can accommodate up to 4 people and has a separate entrance. Families with children are warmly welcome. Baby cot and high chair are available upon request. A parking space is available free of charge directly in the yard. Numerous excursion destinations and Salzburg Airport are in the immediate vicinity.

Our Schwalbennest is intended to take you away from the fast-paced everyday life and give you some peace and quiet with the rustic wooden exposed roof truss. The view from the balcony on the top floor shows the Untersberg in Berchtesgaden and the Gaisberg in Salzburg in the background. We want to welcome you to our house and hope to bring you a little closer to Berchtesgaden with our love of wood.

Tourist tax (overnight stay tax + tourism fund contribution) is already included in the price. Guest Mobility Ticket for the Salzburg region is also included in the price.
