This Condo was very nice and clean. My Family and I felt right at home and loved the place! Would highly recommend this Condo to anyone of my Family and Friends! This Condo was located in close proximity to everything and the Golf Cart was a very nice added bonus , we took it everywhere

We really enjoyed our stay! We love this neighborhood and have stayed in other units previously. The place was clean and well taken care of. It’s definitely lacking compared to our other stays in 30A in regards to what it offers like baby supplies, kitchen supplies, etc. They supply starter items for bathrooms and kitchen and that was plenty for us. They have some beach supplies (some of which we bought and left) and bikes so that was great! If you come prepared with all that you’ll need, then it’s a lovely stay.

This place was wonderful for the price. The pool is just about right next to your door, beach was literally across the street. The place was clean and felt really safe. We had no issues on our trip. Our only complaint is that the wifi was SUPER spotty, however it was really windy the week we were there. We didn't have anyone in the townhouse next to/ above us until the last night. I could definitely hear all the foot steps and chairs sliding. But Kenny has said many times on the listing to let him know and he will contact the renters occupying it. It wasn't a big deal to us since we were leaving the next day. Stove did cook a tad slower but again, no big deal. It still cooked our food. Ice maker does not work so make sure to buy bags to keep in the freezer. We didn't see any critters at all in the space. Not even spiders. That was great. All in all I would give this place 5 stars and would recommend Kenny to anyone. He was super responsive and kind.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautifully decorated and felt like home. Beds were also comfortable. Only bummer was cell reception (Verizon) was basically nonexistent but that’s not the hosts fault.

Everything was definitely as advertised! Nice, cozy location and would recommend!!

All in all was great, for new comers like we were perhaps explain better that beaches are near and that golf carts are common in this area to reach to beach

We had a blast during our stay! Great location: distance to restaurants, beach, supermarket, etc. The golf cart was perfect for driving around the complex and to the beach. Very responsive host! Beautiful space- exactly as pictured! Thank you!

Fantastic place. Absolutely perfect for our small family get together. Everybody has their own rooms and bathroom. It was simply perfect!

In town for a wedding, perfect place to stay with a group of friends. The beach access was a quick bike ride away though the neighborhood. Loved all the natural lighting in the house, particularly through the back glass door to the pool!

Was perfect for what we were down for. Super clean place with a very responsive host! Literally the best spot on the beach with a little cove the kids played in! Will stay again!!

Can say enough about the location! Amazing, quick walk to the beach, walkable restaurants, quick trip to grocery and shopping. Had a small issue with some gnats that the owner quickly responded to and quickly resolved. We would stay again!

The home was perfect. It was clean and very spacious. Perfect location and walkable distance to the beach.

Richard was a great host! Quick at responding and very informative. The place was exactly like the pictures. Very clean, lots of towels, kitchenware, extra pillows/linens/blankets. Fully loaded with beach essentials/toys. Golf cart was a huge plus for us getting to and from the beach. Absolutely loved this home! I’d stay here again for sure.

House was beautiful and in a great location. Golf cart was fantastic and easy to get around everywhere. Great experience!

The place is perfect. 3 well-sized bedrooms each with their own bathroom; great for 3 couples to have their own space. The kitchen and living room is open for all to hang out together. The kitchen bar is huge and was perfect for all 6 of us to stand or sit around and snack and chat. The screened in porch was the perfect place for morning coffee. The place is so nicely decorated without a ton of clutter. We only cooked breakfast at the condo but the kitchen is stocked with everything you would need. It was really clean and the towels and linens were new and soft. The location of the condo is perfect; short walks everywhere. Elizabeth is so nice and is quick to respond to all questions and requests. We plan on staying there again next year.
