The 200 years old house was originally inhabited by the heartable kitchen master. It is within walking distance of all attractions and the main shopping street. Nearby "DeveLUP" offers coworking, seminar rooms, etc., on a daily basis.

If you are looking for peace and quiet in nature and value simplicity and goodness, this is the place. The old half-timbered building, a former stable, was renovated with high quality and sustainably with natural materials. Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

You can park right outside the door. Shopping is just 1 minute away on foot. The Lewitz bike path on the Stör Canal to Schwerin is right outside the front door. Opposite, it goes directly into the beautiful nature of the Lewitz. Linens and towels are furnished.
