This place was convenient with last minute reservation, me and my wife and two boys was here for three day. Very convenient with everything being so close, host was very friendly and friendly, understanding. Would totally recommend this place

Perfect accommodation for a big group, the multiple bathrooms were what drew me to this place to start with. The kitchen is well equipped and clean and the big table and bench seat fits plenty of people. The location is superb with beach, playground, skatepark and hot springs all within walking distance. A great spacious garage entrance with plenty of room to leave belongings when travelling with large extended family .

Alison’s space was in a convenient location and was walking distance to everything! The space was clean and tidy. Alison was friendly and easy to communicate with.

We stayed at Fiona’s cottage in Port Fairy for a few days just before Easter. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet only a short walk to the local shops, the beach or even the lighthouse if you are up for a longer stroll. The cottage is charmingly decorated with artistic touches in every corner. The garden is absolutely beautiful and a lovely spot to enjoy a meal or soak up the morning and afternoon sun. The whole place is full of character. It looks even better in real life than in the photos. Fiona was very communicative and always responded promptly to messages. We brought our dog along and she settled in quickly and seemed completely relaxed in the cottage garden. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to stay. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Our family and friends had a great time at F Project , the house is fantastic with plenty of space and everything you need. The house was so big, private, clean, easy access, lots of things to do. Outside is accessible to all like shops, Art Galleries, beautiful views and a lot more. We surely made wonderful memories. Jane is easy to communicate with and check in is easy. Highly recommended

Apartment was extremely clean and well laid out. Great location, with everything we needed. Beds were very comfy too. Alison was a great host.

We loved staying here. The place was surrounded by beautiful gardens which we could see from every room and was frequented by lovely garden birds. We loved that. The place had a lovely open feel, the bed was super comfy and the spa bath very large and relaxing with garden views. Heaven! Toni treated us to fresh rain water which tasted divine and tamarillos from one of the trees in the garden. Thank you Toni!

I like this place. Walking distance to local shops, and was quiet at night. Worth the price.

Quirky place very close to shops and restaurants. Modern kitchen with nice backyard. Very old fashioned living area and bathrooms, but it adds to the charm.

We were very impressed when we arrived at Middenway. What a beautiful home, with big bedrooms & plenty of room for 10 of us. The house was perfect for our needs and everything we required was supplied including pantry items, games & much more. The location was also perfect. We were in walking distance to everything. The house was also lovely and clean. We made some lovely memories being able to accommodate our family together.

We had a very comfortable stay at Donna’s. It was clean, tidy and warm; had everything we needed. Nice yard area for my dog to wonder around, and very thoughtful of Donna to provide bowls and towel for our dog!

The house was immaculate, high spec, the bed was very comfortable & the linen was fabulous. The bathroom was superb & the kitchen was very well equipped. As there was only 2 of us staying there plus 2 dogs, it was probably a little more expensive that what we'd normally pay but the ambience & cleanliness made up for a lot! The dogs settled in very easily - I can't say that about every place we stay in! The back area was totally secure. And there were 2 toilets - a great feature. The lounge room was very comfortable & there was a large TV which was great for watching the AFL especially as The Blues beat The Cats 🤣🤣. If there had been 6 people staying & it had been raining or was cold so you couldn't eat outside, the eating area was probably a little squishy inside but not a major issue - it didn't apply to us anyway. A beautiful place to stay & in a very convenient location.

Beautiful place. 6 of us stayed there. Only 1 bathroom and toilet was not ideal but we knew that and was manageable. Everything was just lovely, clean and spacious. Amazing location close to train station and many pubs. We were there for an event and the venue was across the road. So convenient. Thanks for the box of choccies and option for early check in and giving us and extra hour to check out after recovering from the night before. Very highly recommended.

Andrea’s beautiful house and her thoughtful touches made us feel not only extremely welcome but at home straight away. Andrea really does go above and beyond for her guests. Thoughtful notes and gifts on arrival such as delicious hot cross buns and Easter eggs. The decoration, homewares, cushions etc are beautiful. Everything about the house is so comfortable. The bed and linen amazing. The products, hand cream, essential oils, candles are beautiful and I think deliberately chosen so her guests can relax. The outdoor shower a standout. Our little cavoodle loved the grass and outdoor areas as did we. Extremely secure for him. We felt so very grateful and lucky to be able to spend 4 nights here. We wish it was longer and are hoping we get to go back one day.

This place is easy to find and there are a lot of restaurants close to the place and we can walk along the park in front of us.

Excellent accommodation. it was exactly as described, great location just minutes from the beach. Beautifully presented and very clean. Langleys were very responsive even after hours. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing two-night stay at Glen View as a stopover during our Melbourne to Adelaide journey on the Great Ocean Road. Johanna is a truly beautiful section of the GOR where rolling green hills and farmlands meet the ocean. The cottage is delightfully laid out and well provisioned, with quality bedding and toiletries, a lovely fire-place and a shed full of wood (and reverse cycle a/c for the summer months and the impatient!) A visit to the chicken shed to collect farm fresh eggs and the orchard for some lemons was a nice treat for us suburbanites! The kitchen is fully functional with pretty much all equipment you could need, including a coffee machine. Absolutely loved it! Highly recommend!!!

We had a lovely stay at Lorraine’s for a ladies weekend away. The house is enormous with 3 huge living areas. The beds were comfortable. My sister had to bring her baby and Lorraine arranged for a highchair to be dropped off. The bbq was a bit worn out but the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Thanks for a wonderful weekend, fantastic house for large groups.

Such generous hospitality. A great place to relax, unwind and enjoy the serenity. Very luxurious space to stay. Great bath and bed and Kitchen....actually everything was excellent. Loved! Loved! Would love to come again in the summer time.

Had really nice stay at Johanna Seaside Cottages 'Farm House', was the perfect country escape we were looking for and the kids loved collecting fresh laid eggs in the morning and having access to an indoor heated pool. Only minor complaint was not being able to connect to the internet Friday evening and not being able contact our host after 5pm. That said, the property caretake (Ben) was super helpful when he checked in the next day. Would definitely recommend if looking for a country escape along the coast.

We have enjoyed a very peaceful week in Joanna Cottage. Despite a couple of stormy nights, we felt cozy and warm inside in front of the log fire. Such a stunning view! I loved visiting the hens for a couple of fresh eggs, and there was everything we needed inside the cottage to make for a comfortable stay. Our hosts were always available to help us with any questions. A wonderful place to stay.

The property has amazing views and if you are lucky you can catch the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. Right across from the beach the house was fully equipped and had everything you would need and more. The jacuzzi was great after a long day at the beach. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and well appointed. The host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend.
