Truly a super cool place! If you love old, classic, charm this is the house for you! It is truly beautiful, conveniently located, and just an overall fun place To stay! Our hostess was great with communication, gave suggestions, and made us feel Very welcome. If/when we return to Fayetteville, we will definitely book again!

Perfect House for three different families together for a football weekend.

Great location to stay. I booked this location 8 months in advance to prepare for stay for my daughters graduation. The home is easy access to the University, had all amenities listed, and was clean. It even had extra blankets, shampoo and conditioner (if needed) and was reasonably priced. Highly recommend this home.

We were in town for the UT vs Arkansas football game! This was the perfect, quiet little get away that wasn’t too far out of town. We really enjoyed it!

Tracy/Steph were so responsive and hospitable! We had the best time visiting one of our favorite places, and loved how walkable everything was... our dog Heisman also agrees! We can't wait to go back for another visit. Such a charming and quirky old house, loved our stay!

Great central location. Easy to access. Very clean, nice amenities, including hot tub which was clean. (It does take awhile to warm up, like 24h). Pets are allowed so some pet hair noted on the furniture, we are dog people so not a bother to us! Really appreciated plenty of linens and towels! Located near a busy street, front bedroom got a lot of street noise but easily drowned out by sound machine. Overall this worked great for our family of 6 and we would stay there again.

We had a great stay! Very spacious and adorable condo. Perfect for our family during a visit and a wedding. Very clean. The neighborhood is a little run down, but this particular condo was remodeled and nice. It does have window units if that makes a difference to some, but we appreciated that the upstairs beds were cool and comfortable during our stay. Enough parking for three vehicles (if you utilize the yard) because the street is a tow away zone. Overall we would recommend this property. Affordable and very well done! Will look to stay again! As pictured, this was such a cute house! Check in was extremely easy and parking and unloading was convenient. There was a great fenced in side yard for our dogs! Everything was ready for us and very clean. It felt very homey. We would stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The cottage was more spacious than anticipated. It was relaxing with plenty of room for our dog. The added bonus of Lisa and Greg's dogs fir her to play with was fabulous. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful Easter weekend at Garrett's place. It was an easy drive into town for dinner and park activities, but nice to go back and enjoy the house as a family. The boys loved playing pool and sitting in the hot tub. I had coffee on the porch and watched our dog run around and really enjoy the freedom. She even tried to chase a deer! Will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay, clean with all the amenities you need. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer was nice, bib walkin shower. Quality bedding and linens, check in was easy and good directions to the place. Nice view of the surrounding mountains with the outdoor fire pit, I enjoyed my stay and recommend Todd's place.

The driveway is a little rough, but once you’re up at this property it is beautiful and super peaceful! Older home but unique and VERY spacious. Lots to do on the property and the hosts were A++

This home was beautiful! Very spacious. Perfect size for a big families/friend groups. Full of everything we needed. The pool and hot-tub were our favorite parts of the house. Pictures absolutely do not do this place justice. Pamela was amazing! She was very communicative and responsive. She responded very quickly and nicely, which we appreciated. I definitely recommend this home!!

Cozy apartment off the owners home. Donna and Pat were friendly, kind, and helpful. We hiked Devil's Den and enjoyed coming back and walking their 250 acres with the dogs. We are grateful for hosts who allow us to bring our pups. We played lots of their games to ring in the New Year!!

Clean and nice little duplex. Neighborhood was quite and safe. Perfect location

It was perfect for me. I was in town for a dog trial, and very much appreciated the green space and the peaceful surroundings. We finished early on Saturday and so went hiking at Kessler mountain. If I come back to Fayetteville again, would definitely stay here. It is permanently on my list!

The Retreat was beautiful and perfect for our weekend stay! We will definitely be back.

We came to town to move our daughter into her college apartment. We enjoyed the full size kitchen appliances, cookware and dishes. We cooked a big breakfast every morning which made our stay really enjoyable. The beds slept great. AC cooled the cottage efficiently & we appreciated all the extras that were at our disposal throughout the cottage upon our arrival. The soaps, K-cups, salt/pepper dishwasher soap, laundry soap and clean towels for all every morning. The fan upstairs was nice as was all my correspondence with the property manager. we will definitely be back this fall. Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven with our family.
