Our lowest rates of the year are here through April 30! From $209 per night to $109! A 5 night minimum stay is required. Does not include $250 cleaning fee + Airbnb fees & tax. Looking forward to the summer, 4th of July holiday is available as a 7 night rental. Summer weekends tend sell out quickly. We will do our best to provide Incline Beach access via "Punch Cards." Your home away from home! Very relaxing for a peaceful visit to Lake Tahoe! This is my home I share with travelers, it is NOT a party house! Ideal for 2 couples or 4 adults and kids. Cabin is not set up for 5 or 6 individual adult guests as there are only two beds.. Remodeled with new carpet in the living room and downstairs bedroom, new flooring in the kitchen/dining area, and new shower stalls in both bathrooms. Well behaved SA and ESA's accepted with restrictions. 1.5 miles to the Lake!
