Holiday rentals with a patio in Washoe County

This week/weeend was my first real experience with Airbnbs. We had a different one before staying at here, and it came with a few issues. This place, on the other hand, was a total game-changer. Incredibly accommodating—letting us check in early, extend our stay, and check out a bit later, which made things so much easier for us. The kitchen was surprisingly well-stocked with useful cooking items, and the location was perfect for everything we needed downtown. Communication was smooth and responsive throughout. My family and I are now fully convinced that Airbnbs can be a fantastic option—especially when hosted by someone as awesome as Michelle and Christine. We’d definitely stay here again!

Cathy’s place is great. Comfortable for 6 people. Nice living room and dining room space. Very clean. Great location. Cathy is responsive and helpful. The game console was a bit hit with our kids keeping them busy for hours.

This Airbnb was by far one of our favorites! The location was great and the price was right. Its just an adorable space with city and mountian views. Host was great! As long as it stays current with the casino/hotel pricing we shall return :)

Pet-friendly cozy place to stay in midtown Reno. Loved how well they maximized the space! Kitchen was stocked, good closet space and the bed was tall enough that you could stow things under the bed if need be. Lots of resources for a guide around town. Ample and clear instructions after booking and great reminders that the host is always available to help. A great spot in town that’s safe and near to all the yummy restaurants and bars in midtown. Also close to a grocery store if you want to cook in the kitchen at the bnb. ***Might be a little tight if you’re a couple with a bigger dog.

Scott was an amazing host. Very friendly and informative. He knew all of the great restaurants and activities in the area. His place was within walking distance to everything restaurants, bars, grocery stores etc. The home is very quiet, peaceful and safe. I will definitely be back.

Great condo overlooking the river. Just the best! And the pool is amazing. We were there every day of our stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Sibin's place. We were on a cross-country roadtrip and wanted to relax and cook our own food for a few days. Sibin was very helpful during check-in. He made sure he was available for any questions that came up during that time which I really appreciated. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, the comfy space allowed us to just chill and relax. We would stay again. Thanks Sibin!

Anything that I needed or forgot to pack, I found. They have clearly given a lot of thought about how to stock up the place. The bed was extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean and comfortable for the most part. This felt like a great deal for the area. Only 10-15 minute drive from everywhere we needed to go. We would definitely recommend staying here as the critiques we had were pretty minor.

Cozy little house in a gated senior community which was quiet and felt safe. Exceptionally clean home. Beds were comfortable. The linens were of great quality. We enjoyed the fireplace on a cold rainy night. I did reach out to Liz upon arrival for assistance with something and she was quick to respond. Overall I would stay here again, it was a comfortable stay and close proximity to the convention center.

My partner and I were very impressed by the level of care and consideration that went into designing and equipping/stocking the space. There were many thoughtful amenities to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. The place is a model Airbnb, one of the best we've been to, and Christina is a model host, being helpful and communicative throughout. We had a wonderful time, and we're thinking of coming back in the future to enjoy the area at other times of the year.

Very convenient location, close to Raley's and a bunch of restaurants. Clean room and reasonable price, a good finding in Incline Village.

Phenomenal unit with futuristic showers! Great amenities and felt very comfortable staying there. Surrounding area is a bit suspect but gentrification is currently happening. No issues with anybody during our stay.

I have stayed in 5 different locations over the last 8 years in Incline in January- this was BY FAR the nicest place I have stayed. The upstairs layout was perfect for family- open, comfortable, spacious. The rooms all being downstairs so we didn’t have to carry all our luggage up was huge (not the case with many other spots). The bathrooms were all super clean (I get easily freaked out by scum, and theirs were spotless). The products in the showers as well as hand soaps were top quality… I need to buy what they have! Kitchen supplies were ample and more than any other location so we could cook at home. The location was amazing- 5 minute walk to beach, 10 minute walk to Hyatt and shops/food. Grocery near by. The linens and bedding- better than a hotel! Many other places had random linens, theirs were soft, smooth, heavy and comfortable. Lastly- Tom was so communicative, informative, and supportive. We will absolutely be back! Thank you so much!

Peaceful retreat in a well-appointed condo overlooking the Truckee River.

The condo was beautiful, spotless and beautifully decorated. We were in Reno for 30 days visiting my daughter and Laneys place truly felt like home. The River Trail right by the site is beautiful and I went walking almost every day night. Also walked to a local coffee shop, and to downtown Reno. Laney was very quick to reply to any communication I sent. We will be back next year and will definitely stay here again. Thank you Laney for a very pleasant stay in your beautiful place.

We had an amazing stay at this property in Incline Village! The location is perfect—just minutes away from the lake, skiing, and plenty of great restaurants. The space itself was not only spacious but also impeccably clean, making it feel like a true home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway!
