Kyle’s place was a great location for us! The parking garage was nice to have access to. The checkin process requires an additional login that was new to us, but is simple. Kyle was a responsive and friendly host.

We were in town for a friend’s wedding and this was the perfect place to stay! It was comfortable for our group of 4, and the place was just as described. We would stay here again.

We had the most wonderful stay at Ingrid’s beautifully decorated Airbnb! Ingrid has an incredible eye for detail, and it shows in every corner of this space. The cheery modern retro style she’s crafted is so inviting—bright, playful, and full of personality, yet perfectly balanced with a cozy, homey feel. It’s clear she’s poured her heart into making this place special. We love to cook our own food, and the well-furnished kitchen was a dream—complete with a lovely little gas stove and ceramic pots and pans. The amenities were spot-on, and Ingrid was available to answer question about the area and even provided the perfect glass pitcher for our ice tea! 😁 From the thoughtfully curated decor to the little touches that made us smile, it was an absolute delight to call this place home for a few days. Thank you, Ingrid, for sharing your talent and hospitality with us—we’re so grateful for such a lovely experience!

My daughter and I were in town for a grad school orientation and really enjoyed Matt and Lacie's place. Charming home with just the right amount of furniture, comfortable beds and sofa. Extremely clean throughout with nice towels and linens. Easy parking, close to campus and in a nice walkable neighborhood. Clean, comfortable, easy access and inviting home - perfect Airbnb experience.

Great place tucked into a very peaceful, relaxed neighborhood. Dolph Park, just down the street, was a great nature walk with lots to see. The house is very clean, nicely appointed. Lots of attention to what makes a place a comfortable stay. We’ll definitely be back!

This was one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. Everything as advertised. Plus tons of towels, throw blankets provided, good plugs and light. Good no frills coffee maker. We didn’t walk anywhere from the house, but may have had it been warmer. Just starting 4 years of visiting AA and will def look to book this again. Go Blue!

Kathy was a very accommodating host and the place was clean, peaceful and the garden was beautiful. Kitchen was very well stocked and there were a lot of windows for natural light. Parking was also very convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. Would love to stay again!

My partner and I stayed here when visiting family in Ann Arbor, and this place was a gem! The apartment is spacious, close to nearby markets and necessities, and walkable to Kerrytown and Main Street. The Water Hill neighborhood is cute and good for a stroll, and it's close to the West Park playground for families with children. We'd happily stay here again, thank you for having us!

This cozy home was just what we needed! A nice, quiet location with a lovely backyard.

We had a beautiful weekend in Ann Arbor celebrating our son's graduation from the University of Michigan. Our stay at Wan-Hsiang's zen-like home was an integral part of the weekend's success. With the oversized living spaces, comfortable and ample bedding, well equipped kitchen (and coffee/tea bar), games and entertainment, umbrellas at the ready and high-end laundry facilities it really gave us (and our graduate) a reprieve when we needed some down time between the many events. Being only @ 10 minutes from downtown Ann Arbor, yet minutes from grocery stores and restaurants, the location was perfect. The abundance of live plants and fun knickknacks, truly made this AirBNB feel like home. One thing to note: is that there are 4 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queen and 1 twin) that are all on the second floor. The stairs leading to the second level are fairly steep, so something to keep in mind if you are traveling with elderly members of your party. All in all, it's a great place to stay in AA!

Marian was a wonderful host. There was some unexpected construction on a neighboring property one morning and Marian went above and beyond to ensure no further noise the subsequent mornings. She is very responsive and kind and the place was lovely and cosy. I would definitely stay again

We stayed at Gheorghe’s home during our son’s UM graduation week. We were only there for sleeping and coffee/breakfast in the mornings, but it was great for our needs. The drive from Ann Arbor was short and easy and worth it for the better price than rentals closer to UM.

Stayed with family members for a Uof Michigan graduation ceremony. Great quiet location just far enough away from crowds and easy to find restaurants and events. Roomy and perfect areas for privacy being together. Highly recommend and great host communication.

The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was in a great location close to where we needed to go. It was well-equipped and convenient, making it a solid option for anyone visiting the area.

We really enjoyed Barb's place. It was the perfect location for us to walk to The Big House for graduation and back. I was so happy not to have to drive and sit and traffic and look for parking. We slept very well, the queen bedding was very soft and the mattress very comfortable . We did not get to spend much time at the house but everything was as described and instructions to use things were very clear. The bathroom was small but we managed well with 3 people. Thank you for opening your home to us!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is exactly as described, it has a great location and walkable to downtown. Just remember that the garage is small and tight to get in and out so make sure you have a small car. I had trouble even with my Corolla. Street parking is not an option.

One of the best AirBnB places I have ever been to. Josie and Conrad are superb hosts; cozy bedroom and clean private restroom and delicious breakfasts. They also provided free rides from/to Ann Arbor whenever needed. I will not consider any other places in my future visits to Ann Arbor.

My brother in law was in town and needed a place to stay for the night as everything was booked. Gohso was super quick to accept his stay and was understanding of my brother in law needing a place to stay for the night. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice private room!

Amazing location just off Main Street in Ann Arbor. Easy access to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Loved having full kitchen, living room and multiple bedrooms. Perfect place to stay for Michigan graduation!

Wonderful location, right in the middle of everything. Great restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment is as described and as shown on the pictures, and is very comfortable. The bedroom is in the back so it is extremely quiet. We didn’t use the rooftop but it has great views and is a very nice addition to this apartment. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment is clean, comfortable and well appointed. I love the huge windows in the main area with views of Ann Arbor. The location is amazing with tons of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars all within walking distance. I didn't cook during my stay, but saw that the kitchen is well stocked. The building is nice with a secure door code entrance. I didn't rent a car, but there is parking, which can be quite handy in Ann Arbor. I would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay - super easy to find and get in, great comfy spot with all the necessities. Lovely quiet neighborhood area with a park nearby but still pretty close to downtown.

Elaine's place is great! Very comfortable and in a nice, private location close to town and also a lovely park/wetlands. Elaine was super responsive and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.
