On our modern, charmingly decorated houseboat you'll have a wonderful stay on the water. It comes equipped with all conveniences. The location is very popular and central, situated near the lovely town of Monnickendam, typical Dutch surroundings, and Amsterdam. A 20-minute journey via public transportation takes you to Amsterdam. There are plenty of excellent restaurants close to the houseboat! - The boat's location may vary throughout the year - This boat is not intended for self-navigation

Lodge at the waterfront, 10 min from Amsterdam

Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

Geheel voorhuis Uitdam

Zie de zon opkomen boven het meer tijdens een verfrissende ochtendduik, ondergaan bij een knisperend vuurtje boven de uitgestrekte weilanden. Nieuw voorhuis aan de dijk in Uitdam met uitzicht op het Markermeer en een tuin met uitzicht over de weilanden. Geschikt voor 2 volwassenen en twee kinderen. Het prachtige Uitdam ligt dichtbij Amsterdam (20 min met de auto, 30 min met ov). Wissel je bezoek aan de stad af met wandelen, fietsen en watersport in de natuur. Niet geschikt voor 4 volwassenen.

Vakantiewoning op boerenerf

Een gezellige en sfeervolle vakantiewoning op ons boerenerf. De woning is gebouwd in een voormalige schuur op een rustige plek, langs de dijk. Op het ruime erf is voldoende plek om buiten te zitten en van de rust, ruimte en natuur te genieten. De woning beschikt over een slaapkamer op de begane grond en een slaapkamer op de eerste verdieping. Met uitzicht op de dijk en daarachter de Gouwzee. Waar zomers in gezwommen kan worden. Medebewoners van de boerderij zijn onze kippen en schapen.

We don’t rent this appartment to friend groups as it is more suitable for families (double bed & bunk bed). It offers a great base for seeing Amsterdam (15 min. by bus/metro) and the rest of The Netherlands. Situated on a city park in a trendy residential neigborhood (former shipyard area Nieuwendam) it sleeps 4 + a baby in 2 bedrooms. All private no shared spaces.
