An incredible guest house, tastefully and poetically decorated. Upon arrival, we were greeted with good coffee and a piece of homemade pie, in a beautiful dining room. The bedroom and bathroom are impeccable: very good bedding, neat bed and bath linens, everything is thought out in every detail for a perfect stay. Thank you for creating this beautiful setting and for welcoming us with heart and kindness. We'll be back for sure!

I loved the place! Very cute with the signature Brussels views from the window as it is the last floor. If it's cold you can turn the heater on and it gets warm quite fast as it is a small and cute apartment. The owner had it all super clean and it was really easy to communicate with him. Last but not least it is conveniently located and the neighborhood is so cute!

Denisa's place is perfect for a family. It is also easily accessible as it's located on the ground floor, and Denisa provided all the support we needed, I fully recommend it!

It was a perfect place to stay 10 days! Apartment was nice! perfect size and very well equipped! Nice neighborhood, walk distance to tram that took us everywhere, very close to Sonian Forest park (perfect place to gravel rides) Nonetheless, Danielle is a great host, very responsive and friendly :) My husband and I enjoy our stay at Danielle’s place! 100% recommended!

The apartment is not new, but everything you need is available and working, we were satisfied. Kate is a very welcoming and friendly host, quick to respond if you need anything.

Our stay was only for one night, but it’s definitely worth a longer stay. Despite the late check-in we were treated very warmly, also the next day before departure we said goodbye with a nice chat with both lovely hosts. The interior of the apartment is very fresh and beautifully finished, decorated with soul and has been equipped with thoughtful accents and we felt very comfortable, the silence, the chirping of birds and the crisp air smelling of flowers at this time of year made the stay one of those that will stay in our memory for a long time. I had some events to attend at the British school of Brussel and therefore, Frederic’s place was perfect for me. It was really nice and easy to communicate with Frederic and he made me feel really comfortable. Top host.

During a week (solo)bike-pack I only stayed with Marie-Francoise for one night, but it was the best stay of my trip with head and shoulders! Such a spot that made my trip even better! From the charming house where you immediately feel at home and at the same time in a fairytale, the relaxing garden, the nice and inspiring conversations with Marie-Francoise and the most idyllic breakfast ever! It is clean and well maintained with a comfortable shower and offers all the comforts with fresh hand and bath towels. Breakfast is lovingly served in a small breakfast room overlooking the beautiful garden. The delicious breakfast offers everything your heart desires. Choice of coffee or tea, fresh croissants and rolls, various jams, cheese and ham, cakes as well as fruits and herbs from the garden. Monique gives recommendations for excursions in the region and takes care of the guests warmly. The place is highly recommended and has a lovely and friendly private ambiance. Excellent value for money with the rich breakfast included in the price.

We had an excellent stay with Véronique, her house is very cozy and the bed is very comfortable, the room is spacious and has a nice garden view. Véronique is very friendly and helpful, he treated us as a family. I really highly recommend the lodging with Véronique, it is very close to the center, you can walk and it has very close the means of transport as well.
