Excellent stay and Emma was ever so kind to reply promptly at every query. The only downside is the window cleaner being programmed early in the morning while still being at the property. We were in fact disturbed.

From check in to departure, everything was very easy. Had no need to contact Charlotte as the property was well equipped clean and Charlotte even left a loaf of bread, butter and milk, which was a lovely thoughtful touch. The area was lovely peaceful with local villages very close by to visit pubs and restaurants. Oxford itself is a very short drive where you can reach by taxi or drive if you’re not drinking!! Will definitely recommend and will be looking at the availability for myself as I work in Oxford periodically. Thank you for a very nice Stay!!

Small and cute place great for a weekend getaway. The little guesthouse is located in the host's backyard and it's surrounded by the host's beautiful garden. The village is absolutely beautiful as well, quintessential British village with honey-stoned cottages and delightful flowering gardens. Kremena was very helpful and responsive host, always providing good recommendations.

The Den is a hidden gem, we had a wonderful, relaxed overnight stay. The property was exactly as described and a perfect location for our night away. Ali was super friendly and flexible, particularly with check-in. We thoroughly appreciated the welcome treats and the breakfast hamper. Highly recommended and we would absolutely stay here again. Give it a whirl, you won't be disappointed!
