A house with history - built in 1860 as a royal forestry office building in Moravia, it was restored in several thousand working hours. Enjoy the wonderfully idyllic area as a starting point for excursions to Neualbenreuth, Pilsen, Marienbad, Karlovy Vary, Eger, Waldsassen and many other attractive destinations in the area. Die Lage bietet eine optimale Grundlage für Shopping- und Sightseeingtouren innerhalb von Bayreuth, Fichtelgebirge und Fränkische Schweiz. Sie brauchen also nicht zwingend einen PKW um die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden; zumal in Bayreuth ein umfassendes Nahverkehrskonzept per Bus und Bahn existiert, und für Touren ins Umland stehe ich mit meinem PKW (gegen Bezahlung) gern zur Verfügung

The apartment is newly furnished and has a private entrance. It has a kitchen with standard equipment, a washing machine, a double bed which can be folded into a closet to save space, a couch with a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Parking is available right next to the entrance. Wi-Fi is also available to guests free of charge.
