Washer/Dryer/Gas grill included. Large front deck. ** Lake access is you can get into the water with floats, kayaks, paddle boards etc. There is no dock. Walk from house to lake is about 200 yards**

Beautiful & Cozy Cottage in Laconia

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This cottage is a great place to stay in every season! There is AC and Heat all year round. There are HD TV’s for streaming your favorite shows, an enclosed porch for morning coffee and a quick 5 minute walk to Weirs beach and all boardwalk fun. In the winter, the cottage is 15 minutes away from Gunstock mountain and the Snowmobile Association. Come unwind and relax!

This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.

Our home is on Crescent Lake, with private beach access and a dock with a boat slips if needed. The home is located off of Wolfeboro's Cotton Valley Rail tail, a peaceful walking path that begins in downtown and passes through several towns!
