Monthly Rentals in Welcombe Mouth Beach

From the second we arrived we felt right at home. The place was spotless and there were some lovely welcoming touches including homemade scones left for us when we arrived. The barn is in a beautiful peaceful location and you can walk straight out the back garden out onto some amazing walks. Just a couple of minutes up the road is the Old Smithy pub which was great for an end of day drink after being in the sea or exploring the coast path. The kitchen had everything we need and we were able to cook some lovey meals at the barn. The beds were really comfy and there were so many thoughtful design touches which we really appreciated. It was a brilliant set up for bringing our dog away for the weekend, with a private enclosed garden, towels, blankets and bowls all left for us and walks right in the doorstep. All in all we had a brilliant stay and just wish we could have stayed a few more nights!

It was exactly what I hoped for and more. Quiet, a working community of very friendly people, visiting ducks, and neighbourly cat, in walking distance of local coast path, beautiful scenery and an inspiring place to visit. They offered as much contact as I wanted without being in the slightest bit invasive. Nikki and John are both really open and willing to talk about the project and what they've achieved in just a short time is impressive. The bed was really comfortable and everything I needed was there, including biscuits and teas and a coffee pot! I will definitely go back and recommend it.

Fantastic cottage in peaceful surroundings. Close to pub, walks and the coast. Would definitely return.

Had a relaxing couple of days in the tiny house with my four legged chum, the house was exactly as described & very quirky which ticked all the boxes. Everything you need there with the added bonus of watching all the little birds feed in the garden (and some resident chickens & a rooster) highly recommended & will definitely be back.
