Nestled against the bush just above our home, our studio presents an amazing view of Wellington Harbour. Although a brief uphill walk is required to reach the studio – the breathtaking views and cosy accommodation awaiting you make the effort well worth undertaking. We may not be suitable for those with mobility issues or those operating at the edge of airline allowable luggage weights. 12 minutes to the centre of Wellington. 6 minutes to the ferry terminal, 7 minutes to Westpac Stadium.

My place is close to Supermarket, public transport, local village and a 10 minute drive to the CBD. You’ll love my place because of the peace, quiet and privacy on offer with plenty of space to spread out. In our studio unit we also have a sofa bed available along with secure off street parking.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. We are approximately 10 minutes from the ferry terminals. Because we a up a private right of way it is very quiet.

There are 2 spaces (bedroom ± separate kitchen/bathroom) a few steps apart & linked by a covered walkway. The cosy bedroom has a queen size bed, desk for work or eating, good WiFi & comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking & the bathroom has a great shower.
