Beautiful Villa, near Cuba st, great harbour views

Close to Cuba Street & CBD including museums, cinemas, theatres. Cozy bedroom on separate floor, with separate entrance down a short steep flight of stairs. Kitchen facilities are limited. The bathroom is shared with two others, the artist who works on weekdays and the person living in the other room. My dog may say hello when you come in. Your dog is welcome but please discuss the dog when booking. Vaccine/booster REQUIRED. Off-street car-park is available. Please ask.
