There is one Ring doorbell located on the front porch. You will be able to come and go easily, with the electronic keypad door locks.

Traverse City and Crystal Mountain are only 20 miles away and "The Most Beautiful Place in America" Sleeping bear Dunes is only 35 minutes away. Lost lake pathway is just a mile and half down the road which is great for hiking and biking!

The house is 1 mile to Lake Michigan beaches and downtown is easily walkable from the house. The bars and restaurants in Maxwell Town (where the locals hang out) are also easily walkable from the house.
