Monthly Rentals in Wellsville

I’m very grateful that the hosts had the forethought to partition off half of their basement for Airbnb’ers. It’s a spacious, relatively new build with everything needed for monthly stays. The home is in a family friendly neighborhood near a school and churches, with a lake close enough for half-day, round-trip dog walks (much faster if not stopping at each fire hydrant). While I was there, the family renting the upstairs included a plumber for onsite repairs (which weren’t needed - but nice to have available) — and a reasonably priced gig-house cleaner who I engaged several times during my long stay. These were unexpected amenities that warranted mentioning. Besides the peace of mind offered via a pre-vetted and nearby handyman, I also truly valued the time saved and worry avoided in having a pre-vetted cleaner. Great space, great people, and unexpected values/help found throughout my stay. Very grateful to have this option while staying near family.

Honestly, this was such a great stay. it was my first "apartment" with my wife. a little small, but amazing quality, well furnished, full kitchen, plus the hosts were incredibly kind and caring. Highly recommend.

We had a great time at Brenda’s place in Wellsville. We had everything we needed with comfortable beds and soft towels. Check in and check out were simple and communication with Brenda was clear and responsive. Thank you!
