Holiday rentals in Welton le Marsh

Had a lovely weekend here, very relaxing accommodation and location 🥰

We had a very enjoyable stay. The location was great for our needs, really quiet and safe. Amy was upfront about the parking and it was fine to drive up to the cottage to unload then move to the other road to park which again is a quiet residential road. We had to use the car to go anywhere but this was as expected. Easy journeys by car to Sandringham or the beaches and there is a tesco express closeby for any top ups. The cottage had everything we needed, clean and well appointed, and the enclosed garden was perfect for our small dog. Added bonus of seeing ducklings each day using the gravel drive to commute! Great holiday.

Thank you for a lovely stay. The location is beautiful. Laura and Ash are both very friendly and gave us some excellent recommendations. The outside space was very well kept and the hot tub was great.

Lovely stay at Avocet House. Really relaxing,cottage was lovely & clean. Wine & fresh flowers on arrival. Easy to access lots of walks in the local area. Close to the beach,only a couple minutes walk. Claire was great from start to finish excellent communication. Would highly recommend. Thank you,we had a lovely time

Really lovely peaceful cabin. It looks smaller from the outside than it feels inside, id say perfectly formed with all you need for a relaxing break. We felt right at home straight away. We walked for miles with the dogs on the beach, almost had the whole beach to ourselves. I imagine in the summer it would be beautiful with the doors open out on to the deck, the lake is so peaceful. We will definitely be back. The Observatory around 2.5 mile walk each way on the beach was a lovely spot for breakfast, great coffee and lots of dietary requirements catered for (vegan, gluten free)

We had the best stay at this beautiful home! Amber was a great host and went above and beyond for us. The trampoline in the garden was a great extra we weren’t expecting and the kids loved the playroom too. The location is a bit out the way so need to drive to shops 10/15 mins but the village is beautiful and really couldn’t fault it. Would return & definitely recommend. Thanks again x

Great little cottage in an ideal location for Sandringham, local coastal towns and beaches. Bright, airy and well-done out inside. The bed and pillows were super comfy, the cottage was well equipped and the secure back garden was perfect for us and our dog. We loved the hot tub at the end of a day of walking and exploring, as it was very quiet and private to relax in. There was also some lovely touches, like a pouch of dog treats and milk and butter in the fridge when we arrived. Would not hesitate to come back.

Amazing place to stay if you’re looking for something quiet and peaceful. Moreover, Jules and Paul were incredible hosts and made us feel like home. Can’t wait to visit again soon

We contacted Judy after the place we originally booked wasn’t as described and we urgently had to find somewhere else. She was incredibly helpful and allowed us to book in very early on a Sunday morning. Location is lovely, although not our first choice (we originally booked walking distance from beach) but non the less a great place to explore the wolds but also a very close drive to the beach. My son loved the pool table. Lovely BBQ also available to use. Apartment extremely well equipped and the kitchen had everything you could want from a self catering apartment. Beds very comfortable. Cot for baby, high chair and even cot bedding (nice touch!) was provided, so would definitely recommend it for families.
