This cosy 52sqm apartment features a bedroom with twin beds, an open living/kitchen area with a comfortable sofa bed, and a separate bathroom. Ideal for 2 guests, it can accommodate up to 4 guests with the sofa bed. The living room boasts a dining table, sofa, two armchairs, and a smart TV, while free wifi is available throughout. The bathroom includes a full-sized bath with an overhead shower and a heated towel rail. The well-equipped kitchen has all the essentials, including a cooker/oven, large fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. Step outside onto the large, private furnished balcony overlooking the iconic Staubbach falls and meadow, with a tranquil stream below. The apartment is on the 1st floor of the chalet. From both bedrooms as well as from the living room you can access the two balconies and enjoy our wonderful mountains. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed, so the apartment can be occupied with a maximum of 6 people. In front of the house, a terrace with seating offers guests the opportunity to relax.
