Our lovingly renovated and very well-equipped 2-room flat on the 2nd floor of the old paper mill from 1539 offers cosiness and comfort. It is about 55 square metres in size and very comfortable for two, but two more people can easily be accommodated. There is also a yoga and training room (approx. 30 m²) available for shared use, which is ideal for yoga, meditation, punching bag training and dancing with a mirror and ballet bar. Use at your own risk; parents are liable for their children.

Mediterráneo Regensburg Countryside Apartments

Live in a green and quiet area for holidays called "Regensburger Land" just 10 km far from the world heritage city of Regensburg. You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble. We would like to recommend it especially to couples for holidays in Bavaria, Germany or couples with one or two children.

Your accommodation is located southwest of the city centre and is in the "Grüne Mitte" - an exceptionally large and green residential quarter in the Kumpfmühl district. The old town can be reached by bus, bike or car in about 10 minutes. The apartment is located 2.6 km from the city centre/ approx. 30 minutes on foot. The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

Close to the city but still in the nature. The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. The house with three parties offers privacy through its own access, but also a personal environment and contact person in case of problems. Lidl and bakery open on Sundays only 250 m away.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

Cozy, bright and individually furnished apartment, in Bubach an der Naab, with a beautiful garden including barbecue area. On the property there are several seats, hammocks and an outdoor shower with hot water. There are many opportunities for hiking, cycling and water sports in the area. In our in-house SUP rental, boards can be rented. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.

In addition to the bedroom, there are three single beds scattered throughout the apartment. It has a high-quality kitchen. Within walking distance there are three theatres, a cinema, a supermarket and many restaurants.

The apartment is on the ground floor of the over 300 year old, lovingly restored house. The floors with natural stone and wooden planks are well equipped with underfloor heating even for the cold season. All rooms have several windows, which can be darkened in the bedrooms.
