The air-conditioned quiet guest apartment, with living room and bedroom as well as bathroom, is located in Panketal, Schwanebeck district, on the city border with Berlin-Buch, near the Helios-Klinikum. From the Barnim motorway triangle, we are reachable in 5 minutes. By bus and S-Bahn (S2), Berlin-Buch, you are in the center of Berlin in 40 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes by car. Within walking distance in 10 minutes are Netto, REWE, DM, Beränke-Hoffmann and the Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

Berlin-Mitte is 30 km away, the A 10 highway connection is about 10 km. Good regional train connection to Berlin-Ostkreuz (travel time approx. 40 minutes) in Werneuchen, 2.5 km away. In the surrounding area you can (cycle) hike and swim in lakes.

Wir vermieten ein kleines, gemütliches Ferien-Appartement mit separatem Eingang im eigenen Haus. Direkt neben den "Gärten der Welt" haben wir viel Grün um uns herum, freies Parken und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Mit dem Bus ist man in 15 Minuten an der U- und S-Bahn (5). Zur Weihnachtszeit ist es besonders schön dekoriert bei uns und der Glühweintopf steht bereit. Berlin hat viele sehr schöne Weihnachtsmärkte und im nahen Tierpark gibt es eine zauberhafte Lichterschau.

We are originally a knight's estate with manor house, stables and manor park. Our house is located in the north-east. Bacon belts of Berlin. Surrounded by several very large lakes ( 1 to 3 km long) in the vicinity, partly on foot but always accessible by bike or car. The manor park starts at our doorstep and stretches over several acres with romantic aleens and large green areas, ideal for a picnic. You're in the footsteps of Theodor Fontane.
