The 1-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor with separate entrance. Underfloor heating, electric shutters, triple glazed windows, HD TV, a fully equipped kitchen and much more offer a pleasant stay. The maximum number of people is 4, but then it is already a bit tight and only suitable for a short stay. The apartment is optimal, for example, for 2 adults with a child. A baby crib, a children's travel crib, as well as a high chair can be provided for a small fee (€5 per stay).

Layout of the flat: 1 living/bedroom with 2 comfortable box spring beds (these can also be put together if required), bedside tables, wardrobe, couch, leather armchair, shelf, coffee table and a 43" flat screen TV. Fully equipped kitchen, small hallway and a new modern shower room.

The apartment is completely ground level, almost barrier-free and well suited for solo travelers or couples.
