You'll love the place because of the surroundings, which are balm for every soul. The garden invites you to play + linger, is secluded, fenced + "escape-proof" for 2/4-legged adventurers. The house itself is completely renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is handicapped accessible and a lot of space. The kitchen-living room offers everyone space for cozy interaction. My place is good for couples, families + kids/babies, groups, multiple generations and furry friends (pets).

Very cozy forest house in the magical garden with sauna

Our 120 square meter apartment is located in our 4500 square meter garden, surrounded by nature, between Burgwald and Kellerwald. We are happy to welcome you with a bottle of wine. The garden was created by a landscape gardener 30 years ago. Here you can find peace and relaxation or make beautiful excursions from here. You can also start the tours with our bikes and relax in our sauna in the evening. It offers an Eldorado for mountain bikers and hikers.

Very close to the Mariensee Monastery on the Leine, we offer a guest house overlooking the Leine. The old ferry house to Basse forms the foundation of the property. You can explore the environment by hiking (some nice geocaching-trails here), or visit the Harz mountains or some towns like Goslar, Hildesheim, Bad Gandersheim.
