Surrounded by paths with old trees, a farm garden, as well as a meadow orchard, the 15000 m² farm complex is an ideal place to unwind and relax. Lovingly integrated into the old farm complex is the apartment, which was completely renovated in 2022.

Unique apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Weser. The entire property was renovated in 2020 and impresses with upscale furnishings as well as a fantastic view of the Weser. The property is located directly on the Weserdeich and therefore offers a very quiet yet close to the city location. Two enclosed bedrooms and the open attic room with two double beds and a sofa bed can accommodate up to five people.
