Through choice of organic materials, colors and themes we integrate nature and landscapes into our contemporary spaces which accommodate 2-4 travelers each in two separate double bed rooms. Das hochwertige Interieur läd zum Relaxen ein. Hier, am Tor zum Vogelsberg befindet sich u.a. der Einstieg zum Vulkan Mountainbiketrail "Mühlental". Bike Ladestation direkt am Appartement. Danach ein Saunagang? Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit eine Spritztour mit meinen US Oldies zu unternehmen ;-)

Experience your vacation at the historic farmstead Ippenwarf. Surrounded by the Fehntjer Tief, the apartment is in a secluded location in the middle of the countryside. We live on the farm ourselves and are available at any time. The house was newly built in 2022. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a double bed and a sofa bed. You have the option to rent a canoe directly from us, go on long bike rides or walks, fish on the property and much more.

Tiny house with sauna and meditation offer

During your stay with us you will live in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with terrace and garden area. It is also set up for long stays. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Running cold water is only available in the trailer during the frost-free period! Horses can be brought along, 1 hectare. coupling directly on the trailer. The bathroom area and sauna are 50 m from the main house.

Beautiful two-room apartment (about 60 m²), in the beautiful Mauer near Heidelberg. The apartment has a large living room with a sitting area, a TV, as well as a dining area with an open kitchen. The kitchen is of very high quality & modern design. In the hallway to the bedroom there is also a closet to store clothes. The bedroom consists of a double bed, as well as a closet. Next to the apartment there is a garden (lawn) which can be used.

'IN THE HORSE STABLE' Door to door with chicken and horse

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.
