Holiday rentals in West Branch Iowa River

The Downtowner house was perfect for a weekend at the lake! The location is wonderful- so easy to walk to the beach and downtown. The house was clean and had lots of amenities. The hosts were quick to communicate with and gave clear instructions. My kids appreciated the books and toys. The neighbor lady next door was very friendly too- she greeted us minutes after we arrived! One thing to note is there are a lot of stairs and no way to block them so it could be a little risky for small kids. Overall, we would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again.

Property as described. The host responded very quickly when I had issues. Unfortunately, the train runs nearby but the good news is that it’s not as active at night. Something to consider if you’re a light sleeper. Laundry in basement which was different than what I’m used to. It’s a cute house though that’s well disguised.

I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!! Very clean and great location for Downtown! Was great for our group of 9! Would easily sleep more!! 3 nice bathrooms ❤️

This home is wonderful and worth the stay. The house was immaculate and in a quiet location minutes from amenities. Sara was extremely accommodating to an extended stay and very responsive to any questions. I will be looking for this place again for future stays and I cannot recommend it enough.

Perfect house for our girls weekend! Very clean and organized. The living space was open and inviting as well as the deck. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. We were able to walk to City Park, bars and restaurants downtown. Would definitely return to this house for a family or friends getaway to Clear Lake.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Josh and Katie’s house on Clear Lake, Iowa. The home was warm, inviting, and thoughtfully prepared, making it the perfect getaway. The views of the lake were stunning, wood-burning fireplace and the peaceful atmosphere was exactly what we needed to relax and recharge. Josh and Katie were incredibly accommodating and responsive. We had a wonderful time staying at Tammy’s place! The location was great, nice and quiet. There is a swing in the backyard that brought joy to everyone! Wonderful gem in Iowa Falls.
