This unit DOES NOT fall under the new legislation, therefore we are still ALLOWED to rent short term. The 4th floor floor top unit is a spacious 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with gorgeous Lake views. Large Master Bedroom has a King size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, bathtub, linens. Second Bedroom has a bunk bed with double bed on the bottom and twin on top. Fully Equipped Kitchen with all dining-ware and cookware, coffeemaker & more Washer/Dryer in the unit. One secured underground parking stall.
