PLEASE READ: Beaches is a beautifully decorated self-contained apartment our address is 46 Westby street FY8 5JG, a stones throw away from all local wine bars, restaurants, shops and infamous Lytham green and beach. The apartment was designed with families in mind providing all amenities for a short or long stay. My refurbished family home now has a one bedroom apartment annex. We're on the main road into Formby but standing back from the road and close to many local amenities. This one bedroom apartment has a large double bedroom with kitchen/diner/lounge looking through bi-fold windows onto its own patio and our large family garden. It is annexed to our house having its own separate side entrance. Ideal for those visiting family in Formby or for golf on the several nearby links.

My apartment is contemporary, compact and very comfortable. The property is situated in Blundellsands which is quiet and leafy. Adjacent to Liverpool to Southport railway line it's a 7 minute walk to train station (Liverpool in 20 mins, Southport in 25 mins). Gormley's Iron Men and beach 10 min walk, 3 min drive. Plenty of good bars, eateries, shops and supermarket nearby. High chair and travel cot on request. Garden shared with our super friendly Springer Spaniel.

Westfield cottage

It’s twocottages and it’s two and a half miles from city centre. It has a lake and park at each end of the lane. 7 minutes walk to about 40 restaurants. There is a restaurant next to the cottages. Or use the kitchen here. Almost everything is new and it is a pleasure to live here. Public transport is on this lane but a cab would be maybe £8 to town.
