Painter's House

Relax and unwind in this peaceful, stylish space. The house is fully equipped, cozy and has beautiful views in every direction. The climate is created by original paintings. It has a large terrace. The Painter's House is located in a large garden with ponds and a small forest. Guests have access to recreation areas in the garden, walking paths, a playground and a fire pits. There are beautiful lakes and forests in the area. This is the perfect place for people who value the closeness of nature.

This is the perfect place for those who want to relax close to nature while also having easy access to beaches and restaurants. The cottage is located on a private, fenced-off plot measuring approximately 700 m², which provides plenty of privacy and space for relaxation.

Marylin Turkus Station

We brought two railway cars to the middle of the forest - the Noteć Forest. We named them Turkus and Magenta. Turkus was created in 1939. Since 1984, it has served as a technical wagon and until 2022 it ran on tracks. Magenta was created in 1972 and also ran as a technical wagon until 2022. We have renovated the beautiful old wagons and converted them into unusual, rare accommodation. We kept the arched ceilings, surrounded the steel skeleton with wood and added new colors.

Camppinus Park to idealne miejsce na odpoczynek niezależnie od pory roku. Nuda tutaj nie jest groźna. The Parsęta apartment is located in the vicinity of the Parsęta River in a new building. It is a quiet interior in a location that guarantees proximity to the sea, lighthouse, promenade and central beach. A short distance from the railway and bus stations and the city center (just 5 minutes on foot). For guests traveling by bike, we have a free bike room. In my space, you can feel at home, enjoy the view of the river and enjoy the convenient location.

In our neighborhood there is a golf course, lakes, forests and the most beautiful sandy beaches on the Polish coast. Kołczewo is a great starting point to enjoy all the tourist attractions and admire the wonders of nature.
