Monthly Rentals in West Prawle

Spent a long weekend away with friends and everything was perfect to a T. We felt right at home on arrival to some good wine and bread/eggs/milk etc. The location is idyllic and so peaceful, waking up to the chorus of birds each morning was a delight. It is close to multiple beaches, walks and a short passenger ferry into salcombe. The house is well equipped - we had a toddler with us and the provided high chair, cot etc worked perfectly. There was nothing more we could have asked for - stunning house with attention to detail - from the groceries to the well equipped kitchen and selection of games and jigsaws. It felt like home

I have nothing negative to say about this place. It was absolutely fantastic, it felt like home from home, well equipped, comfortable beds, clean linen, fully equipped kitchen. I can’t wait to return. Vanessa was extremely helpful and replied to any messages almost straight away. Hoping to return for New Year again this year. Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to create amazing memories with our children and dog.

This is a well appointed and well designed property. It is very comfortable with a spectacular living area…lovely high ceilings, light and airy with super comfy lounge area. There is everything you need in the kitchen. The surrounding area is absolutely beautiful. Amazing for hiking along the coastal path.

We had a wonderful week in their lovely cottage. The location was peaceful and relaxing like we had hoped. They were the most helpful hosts of any property we’ve stayed at and gave us lots of information on places to visit and eat. Having breakfast on the terrace in the sun overlooking the sea was such a treat. Thank you Alex and Simon.
