Denise and David were great hosts, very friendly and made us feel at home immediately. They were also informative about the local area and things to do. Our stay was really comfortable with great facilities for a relaxing few days. Denise left us some food for breakfast and hot beverages and the homemade preserves were delicious especially the rhubarb compote 😊. The beds were very comfortable and the facilities brilliant for me particularly as I have limited mobility. Parking available right outside the property. Lovely garden to sit in. The premises were very clean and well maintained. We would stay there again xx

Great location with easy travel to areas such as Hunstanton, Wells next to the sea, Holt and Cromer. Lovely cottage that is well equipped, clean and everything you need for a relaxing stay. Easy walking distance into Fakenham and the village Hempton is a great place to bring dogs.

We absolutely loved our stay in our beautiful accommodation. Jess’ place is absolutely stunning, really well furnished and we loved our welcome pack too! Peggy our dog loved the secure patio and made the most of her sunbathing opportunities! It’s a beautiful part of the country & we’ll definitely be back soon!

We were looking for a place to escape for NYE as we wanted somewhere in the country and quiet! Elaine’s annex was excellent, clean, and as described! Would recommend 😊
