A lovely stay. This place is super cute, super clean and exactly as it was pictured. We had everything that we needed and this place really made us feel relaxed and at home. Lovely spot with great walks and some nice places to eat right on its doorstep. Highly recommended.

Great base for a couple plus a dog. The cottage has everything you need, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, spacious shower. Summer House perfect for breakfasting, as gets the morning sun. Enclosed garden for the dog. Would recommend, great base, handy for Leyburn and surrounding areas.

Cosy quiet place to stay, well located for hikes with a pub a few minutes walk down the road. Easy to find and check-in, with everything we needed for a short getaway in the dales.

Tim’s house was perfect for our short break. It was in a beautiful spot with lovely surroundings and great walks. Everything was clean and well equipped. We had a great time and would recommend to friends and family.
