We rent out our cozy, charming and newly renovated cottage, which is located in a quiet area overlooking Flensborg Fjord. Do you need to get away from everyday life, love to relax or be active? Then the house is just the thing. The home is located by the beach and Gendarmstien. It has a large kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, and large garden with sunny terrace. It is only a few kilometers to the town of Broager with shopping. Price excludes electricity consumption: DKK 5.00 per kWh.

Hytten har et kombineret stue-, sove- og køkkenområde med dobbeltseng, sofagruppe, smart-TV, kogeplader, airfryer, køleskab og spiseplads, samt et lille badeværelse. Klimaanlæg sikrer behagelig temperatur året rundt. Nyd en dukkert i fjorden, fisk fra stranden, eller slap af med den skønne udsigt. Alt er enkelt og hyggeligt, Wi-Fi til rådighed. Perfekt til en afslappende ferie.

The house is undisturbed and beautiful situated on a large 5000 m2 natural plot only 250m from the beach and 4 km to the shopping centre. Close to a large forest area, where you can cros the old border to Germany and on to Flensburg within an hour. The old Gendarme path is 250m from the site and leads along the water all the way to Sønderborg. The campsite is situated 300m from the hause and here they offer access for children and adults to their pool, minigolfe and bouncy castle.

Vacation home in Westerholz on the Baltic Sea

Short distances to the Baltic Sea. Great natural beach (in summer guarded swimming beach) with a small harbor and various restaurants. From the harbor, a ferry goes to Denmark in the season. 10 km to Glücksburg and 20 km to Flensburg. The house is situated in a cozy residential holiday area. Terrace with grill, seating and sun loungers are available, and there is an outdoor sauna in the garden, which is available free of charge. Linens and towels are included in the price.

Modern low-lying windows provide a light-flooded atmosphere, which is complemented by the open living area. An additional sleeping alcove is reached via a ladder.

Experience the overnight stay in the middle of nature in the conservation area. A magical circus wagon, made with predominantly ecological material, solar power and with simple but cozy furnishings. It has an eco-toilet, a solar shower and a small kitchen with running water. The oven spreads cozy warmth and is heated with wood. The swimming area on the Schlei is 500 meters away. The Viking bike path passes directly by the house, also suitable for horseback riding.

Newly built two-story apartment in our 200-year-old barn, formerly used for cattle, a henhouse, and a carpentry workshop. Perfect for young couples and families with children seeking peace in scenic surroundings. Vittens Længe beach is within walking distance, ideal for relaxation. The stay includes a DIY breakfast with sourdough rolls, butter, jam, milk,eggs from our hens, and nourishing porridge – ideal for an authentic and relaxing getaway close to nature.

The house is a little low ceilinged in the kitchen.

The barn is directly surrounded by fields and meadows, has a large loft-like living, sleeping and dining area with a large terrace facing the garden and the natural swimming pond. A 2-person bedroom, adjacent to the fully equipped eat-in kitchen, allows a total of 4 people to stay. Starting from the hallway, the spacious sauna area including shower room and toilet opens up. A window door allows direct exit to the outside area from there.

The apartment is centrally located right next to the Treenetal nature reserve and centrally between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea. It's just a short hop to Flensburg, Schleswig or across the border to Denmark. It can accommodate 2 people and is fully equipped. The building - part of a former farm - was built in 1914 and has been guest rooms since 1940. In 2024/2025, the building underwent an extensive, fourth-generation refurbishment to the latest standards, with great care and attention to detail. Enjoy the quiet location with private access (200 meters) to the natural beach "Norgaardholz" directly on the Baltic Sea coast in Angeln / Schleswig-Holstein.

Close to the beach!!! 5 minutes' walk! Apartment in the attic, upper floor, quietly located, renovated, cozy, with separate entrance. Slopes available and a steep staircase. Pantry kitchen, living room with pullout couch and dining area, bedroom with double bed 140 × 200, bathroom with tub. The apartment is ideally equipped for 2 adults. Medium-sized four-legged friends are welcome for a small fee!
