Der Strand mit Surfschule und Seepromenade ist nur 100m entfernt. Die Fußgängerzone mit Boutiquen und Läden, das Freizeitbad "Sylter Welle" und das Syltness Center mit sämtlichen Wellnesseinrichtungen sind bequem fußläufig in ca. 300m erreichbar. Im Haus ist eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine u. Wäschetrockner.

Our modern, very bright, approx. 70 m² ground floor apartment with a detached house character offers you an approx. 40 m² living/dining area with an open kitchen, dining area and fireplace, an office, a shower room with a walk-in shower, a separate bedroom, a large, covered terrace with a sauna and a sunken garden. The beach, city center and train station are within walking distance in approx. 10-15 minutes. The nearest supermarket is about 250 meters away. Dogs are very welcome here!

The fantastic apartment, over 90 m², can accommodate five people. It has a double bedroom with TV and adjoining shower room, as well as two cozy single bedrooms, one of which can be used as a double bedroom with pull-out bed. A private shower room is also available for this purpose. An open, fully equipped kitchen-living room with two patio doors makes the apartment a summer dream. The terrace can only be used by you in the morning, noon and evening sun.

The pedestrian zone is within walking distance about 8 minutes from the apartment. The train station is about 17 minutes away.

Our bright apartment in the basement can accommodate 1-6 people. An equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower are included. The public spaces of the house on the ground floor and the yoga room in the basement are at your disposal (unless occupied by groups).
