Perfekte Lage auf Sylt. Unsere Wohnung liegt 15 Minuten vom Bahnhof, 2 Minuten zum Strand hinter der Düne. Wir haben eine helle, freundliche und moderne Ausstattung mit Spülmaschine und Südbalkon und WLAN. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern, oder Paare. Da wir selten nach Sylt kommen, vermieten wir gelegentlich. Die Wohnung ist im 1. OG über einen Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Wir haben im Januar 2025 renoviert und die Wohnung neu eingerichtet. Im Januar 2026 haben wir das Bad komplett erneuert.

2-room apartment/south balcony on the 3rd floor of an apartment building with elevator on the northern edge of Westerland's center. 2 minutes' walk to the beach just behind the dunes. 5 minutes to the Syltness Center/spa center, to the swimming pool (wave pool, sports pool, slide, sauna area). The pedestrian zone is within walking distance of approx. 8 minutes from the apartment. The train station is about 17 minutes away.

Welcome to our terp in Waygaard near the lake Botschlott. The accommodation is a traditional thatched farmhouse flat with a view overlooking the lake, the surrounding meadows and the North Frisian marshes. It is ideal for nature lovers: you can canoe, cycle and watch the flocks of birds that use the partly protected lake as a migration and nesting site. The house was carefully restored with natural materials in 2025/2026
