Holiday rentals with breakfast in Western Australia

We really loved out stay in Nicole’s space. Very spacious and beautiful. It has all you need to live: cleaning and cooking supplies and an amazing variety of DVDs. The space is super clean, private and a short walk from the beach and Freo center. We would live here for years if we could!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Johno's place. We found him to be a very thoughtful host, with a lot of nice touches included in the unit, with a very full range of toiletries in the bathroom (the mini toothpastes were great as I had forgotten to pack mine); and breakfast foods and a range of condiments and cooking oils all handy along with the usual tea/coffee/sugar that most places have in the kitchen. There were even disposable slippers in the bedrooms which I appreciated very much as the weather turned cool and my feet were cold. The kitchen also had a number of appliances you don't usually see in a short stay property, which were much appreciated. The beds were comfortable and warm and we both slept very well. Visitors would be hard pressed to find a better location as many places were in easy walking distance and others five to ten minutes by car. It's also in a quiet neighbourhood so pleasant and restful despite its central location. Thoroughly recommended!

Allan is always the best host, from the big basket of fresh fruit he supplied to the helpful tips on the area. He is always prompt with his replies to anything that we ask and I highly recommend his place. We have stayed here a number of times and hope to be back same time next year.

Victoria's beach house exceeded expectations! Great location, stunning beach views, short walk to the beach. Everything you need is thoughtfully provided, from amenities to a well-stocked pantry. The house is spotless. A homey atmosphere made for a relaxing stay. Thank you for having us.

Clean & comfortable country stay. Great place to put the feet up & wind down. Beautiful sunsets. Didn't meet our host, but checked in with us a couple of times.

We have had a wonderful few days staying at The Tree House in Dunsborough. Thank you Eve! Your place is so beautifully situated and was super clean, tidy and had everything you could think of from bikes to boards to beach and fishing. We hope to be back soon!

Beautiful home. Very relaxing space with everything you need for a gorgeous time in Margaret River. Easy to walk to the main street, bakery, Woolies etc. Couldn't recommend more highly!

Wonderful stay, very peaceful and comfortable. So helpul and friendly, we arrived much later than intended, and a tad harrassed. Very grateful for the extras.

Our initial thoughts were how lovely the garden was, incredibly sweet and welcoming. Although small, the space was plenty big enough for two people to comfortably spend holiday time and in fact after days out walking in the heat we looked forward to reading in the shade of the garden on our return. Only a 15 minute walk away from the town. The BnB is to the back of Fremantle prison. Fiona is very generous leaving enough supplies for daily breakfasts, tea, wine etc. The bed linens and towels are of a very high quality and all in all we loved every moment. Thank you Fiona. If we ever holiday in Fremantle again we would definitely stay at yours. Wendy & Sally

A comfortable place like home to home with a great location! Easy walking into town where there are many great bars and restaurants, loved our stay once again at the Tipsy Grape and would highly recommend it.

My stay at The Boathouse was wonderful. So close to so many places to eat and drink. The studio is exceptionally clean with everything you need. The surrounding area is very peaceful and quiet. There’s a shopping centre only 5 mins walk away where you can get most things you would need. Overall a really enjoyable place to stay. Chris and Liz were always prompt to reply to my messages. I didn’t get to meet Liz but had a chat with Chris and an excited greeting from the little puppy. Will definitely stay again.

Jennifer and her husband were so friendly and welcoming to our family. We felt super comfortable and were humbled when Jennifer offered to help out getting us to the hospital surgery appt we were there for. It was a safe lovely stay - which is super important to us with little children.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The space is beautifully nestled in nature, offering complete privacy and serenity — we even spotted some local wildlife, which made the experience feel magical. Despite the peaceful, off-the-grid vibe, the place had all the amenities we needed. The surprise breakfast was a thoughtful touch and made our mornings stress-free. The host was warm and welcoming, striking the perfect balance of being helpful without hovering. But the real standout? The bathroom. Between the luxurious twin showers and the spacious bathtub was great to sit and relax in, it felt like a spa retreat. We didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable escape.

We had amzing stay at Trudy's place both stuart and trudy are amazing people, we had great time chatting with them and also we really enjoyed the firepit in cold winter nights. Thanks for having us guys

If you’re looking to kick back and relax, feel pampered and unplug from the world, this is the perfect place for that. Beautiful surroundings, beautiful hospitality. The bed lived up to the hype - so comfy! And the brekkie was so nourishing and delicious. Can’t wait to go back!

This cottage is a beautiful Freo gem. It has everything you need including fully functional kitchen, laundry, and a spot to park. If you want somewhere peaceful and quiet with the soft quacking of ducks, this is the place for you. Trish was very responsive and helpful. There are lots of nice little cafes in Freo South, and Fremantle markets to the north. 10/10 would stay again.

Janine’s place is a pure gem, easy to find in a location within walking distance to all the shops in town. I have no hesitation in recommending her accomodation to anyone. Thanks once again Cheers Di

I am thankful for my stay and enjoyed a daily swim. Accommodation was perfect for my needs and the host was pleasant and responsive to any questions or concerns that I raised. I look forward to an opportunity to come back again next time I’m in Perth.

Both Robyn and Trevor are very friendly hosts that made Me feel right at home. An idealistic surrounding with the canals at the back door. I thoroughly recommend staying staying here.

Lovely good size room, friendly host and fab continental breakfast including fresh fruit salad( my favourite part)and homemade bread. So full had to take the muffins away with us.
