The apartment matches the photos and description. It's also in perfect condition: clean and fully equipped. We really felt comfortable and at home, which is especially important when traveling with a baby. The place of parking is an added bonus. Recommended.

Great experience. Sandra was very nice, had as much flexibility as possible for arrival/departure times and was very attentive during our stay. There were details of the host such as chocolates and muffins, shampoo and gel, cleaning supplies, and extra towels! I've never seen it before. There was also plenty of parking on the street (and not for a fee), a luxurious one. Of course, an experience that we will repeat without fail. Llanes is a great place and Sandra's apartment is everything you need for Asturias.

La Casa de las Flores is a beautiful, comfortable apartment, fully furnished, and including all modern amenities. Comillas' seafront and beach are easily accessible via a short stepped pathway close to the apartment neighbourhood, while the town centre is only a 10m walk away. Jorge was a wonderful host who kept us informed in the run-up to our vacation and was attentive throughout, providing pointers to local restaurants, experiences and activities both in and around Comillas. We especially enjoyed the apartment's private garden, and found the neighbourhood quiet and convenient during our stay (first half of June). Recommended.

Our stay at this place was absolutely fantastic! The house was spotless, incredibly clean, and well-organized, making us feel right at home. They provided great local recommendations and were quick to answer any questions we had. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. We had a fantastic family time at Sonia's house, in which we felt right at home, literally. The apartment is super cozy, with a decoration that transmits peace and harmony, and with great taste, with an order and scrupulous cleaning. The area is very quiet but it was what we needed: beach front line, gym, park, bars and nearby supermarkets.. Best of all their owners, they make you feel as if you knew them. We had a problem as soon as we arrived and they fixed it very quickly. Departure was anticipated by circumstances and they facilitated everything, we left with great sorrow of having to leave the one that had been our vacation home. We also found some special details that we loved. Sonia is super close, kind, willing and affectionate. I have already recommended to several friends and family this place, because it was really a very important vacation (my son's first ones) and they were wonderful.

We had a great time at Tomas' apartment. It is well-equipped, has a nice view and is located close to beaches and places to visit. There is also a children's playground downstairs from the building. Tomas welcomed us warmly and did everything to make our stay pleasant. Bonus: the bar/restaurant next door is great!

We had the pleasure of staying at Lourdes's place. Perfect apartment, very functional and well-located. Lourdes is very welcoming and very friendly. She gave us some very good local recommendations. We highly recommend it!

Wonderful house and barrel, too bad the weather didn't let us enjoy it to the fullest, Jon and Mariví are great hosts, attentive and always ready to make you feel at home, beautiful surroundings for hiking, we leave delighted and eager to return.

Encantados! Belén was a great host, she was always available and everything was easy on her part. The apartment is great and its terrace a gozada, it is very well located inside Somo and is a good starting point to get to know Cantabria. We'll be back!

The apartment was beautiful and very cozy, perfect for a quiet stay. Everything was immaculately clean, tidy and with a very nice aroma since we entered. Being able to park the car inside the compound was a huge plus, and the area is very quiet, ideal for resting. We stayed here for four months, and it was the best rental experience we've ever had. If you want to see the incredible landscapes of Llanes, this apartment is in the perfect location to explore them. It’s very safe, clean, and well-maintained, and the host is incredibly responsive and helpful. We loved absolutely everything about our stay!

The place is just like the photos. Spacious, comfortable for a family. Grocery store and playground down the street. The garden is small but cozy, and the common areas of the development are spotless. Perfect place for a family with small children like us.
