Down 1 flight of stairs from the driveway is our small 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment with ceiling fans and a large, covered deck that overlooks Magen's Bay and down island. Trade winds blow through the apartment keeping it cool at all times. We don’t find A/C necessary as we live at an elevation of 910 feet above sea level and face the easterly trade winds. We have a solar and battery array! Therefore when the local power company goes out you probably won’t even notice. No stinky, noisy generator.

There are so many shops & restaurants within walking distance of the condo and I love sitting on the balcony taking in the sites. The master bedroom has a king bed with a tempur pedic mattress as well as a master bath with tub and separate shower. The loft area has a queen bed with a tempur pedic mattress as well as a twin daybed.
