Down 1 flight of stairs from the driveway is our small 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment with ceiling fans and a large, covered deck that overlooks Magen's Bay and down island. Trade winds blow through the apartment keeping it cool at all times. We don’t find A/C necessary as we live at an elevation of 910 feet above sea level and face the easterly trade winds. We have a solar and battery array! Therefore when the local power company goes out you probably won’t even notice. No stinky, noisy generator.

NEW - Villa CASA DO MAR is located close by the sea. The house was newly renovated in 2023/24 and consists of two floors with a total of three apartments. All of our apartments feature sea views, king-size beds, a kitchen or kitchenette, free Wi-Fi, and parking in front of the house.
