The Apartment: Modern, elegant and very bright, the Gaudir apartment is located in a residential building especially suitable for families and groups of adults over 30 years old. Upon entering the apartment, you will have a completely clear view of the living room and kitchen, characterized by careful decoration that immediately conveys a pleasant feeling of home. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table for 8 people. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and unforeseen stay. The balcony-terrace has excellent views of Barcelona's rooftops. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: two of them have two single beds together (they can be separated upon prior request), closets, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms has access to the terrace with views. The third bedroom has two comfortable twin beds and storage space for belongings. The property has concierge service from 8 am to 1 pm and from 5 pm to 7 pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 8 am to 1 pm. The basic rules of respect, coexistence, and noise must be complied with so as not to disturb or be disturbed, either inside the apartment or in the common areas of the property. A pleasant alternative to traditional public transport may be the use of Lake Como navigation boats, departing from Piazza Cavour in the direction of Torno, from where walking for about 15 minutes you will reach the destination. In the park the fol lowing built: the studio painting of Clelia, Giuditta's daughter, who attended the Brera Academy in Milan; the cafe-house, a small cave to cool in the summer; the wooden theater where Giuditta practised singing. Captain Wilhelm Locke, grandson of the famous philosopher, drowned in front of his wife and other guests in the lake area in front of the villa. Later his daughter erected a gravestone in his memory. In the small ceme- tery of Blevio it is possible to visit the grave of Giuditta Pasta who died in 1865.
