The Loft at the Historic Benjamin Ten Broeck House

We welcome you to step back in time and enjoy a restful weekend of rural leisure in the welcoming Hudson Valley countryside. The LOFT is a large comfortable very private room with en suite and private entry. The house has been welcoming guest since 1751, and we are happy to share that history of hospitality with you. Our location is right at the cross roads of the Mid Hudson Valley, it literally takes only minutes to drive to; Rhinebeck, the Kingston waterfront or Kingston Stockade District, and 15 minutes to Woodstock or Bard College. Additionally there is another beautifully appointed room available on property for people or families traveling together who need two rooms. Although we are considered a B&B, don't expect breakfast. What you will find in your room - is a bowl of seasonal fruit and some local baked goods along side a Keurig coffeemaker and a compact refrigerator stocked with half and half and yogurt to start your morning off with. Garden space and terrace. We try and stay out of our guests way, often even arranging to leave a key out. We want our guest to be able to arrive whenever they want, with no pressure or time schedule to keep. That being said we are always just a call away and can provide expert advice on what to see, where to be seen, and great places to dine. There is no shortage of things to do in the area, so it is helpful to have a savvy local host help winnow out the options, don't be afraid to ask! The Benjamin Ten Broeck House is located on Flatbush Road, just north of Kingston. With easy access to Rhinebeck and Kingston, the house is also close to Saugerties and Woodstock. Amtrak and Uber now available! 10 minutes from Rhinecliff train station. Exceptional clean, well fitted out with comfortable furniture, British country life motifs abound, quality linens, and perfect privacy abounds. Loose yourself in time, in a space designed for easy comfort and relaxation!

HALL HOUSE - Master King Bed Suite

Historic Hall House with its distinctive Greek Revival colonnade is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It is the oldest building in Brookville and has recently been completely restored. Hall House provides upscale hotel-style accommodations with 4 separate guest rooms each with keypad entrance, king or queen bed, fireplace antiques and modern spa bath. There are large common spaces including a Painting Gallery and Sunroom where breakfast is served. (Your hosts live next door.)

Romantic Lake View Jacuzzi Suite

Jacuzzi Suites are the size of a hotel room with the privacy of a woodsy cabin. Our suites the perfect way to spend a romantic getaway. Each suite has a queen pillow-top bed, a sitting area, a Jacuzzi for two and a small deck with a stunning view of Beaver Lake. No kitchens; however, each one has a coffee bar w/ mini fridge, microwave and Keurig. Each suite has its own private boardwalk entrance to ensure privacy. We have 3 suites attached to the office building. No pets allowed in the suites.

The Laughing King Retreat, Honeymoon Island Suite

The Laughing King Retreat is an adults only, organic waterfront farm situated directly on the peaceful waters of the Chesapeake Bay. Your private guest suite will enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, private waterfront pool, private beach, hiking trails, miles of soft sugar sand sandbars to explore and enjoy. Ozark King - A Private Suite with Eclectic Charm

The Ozark King is a super cute, attic-like suite situated on the top floor of a 1920s Victorian home. It has a private entrance with a king bed, fireplace and romantic jacuzzi tub for two. It offers a snack and coffee station with mini fridge & microwave. There are no shared indoor spaces with other guests. Guests should be aware of 3 short sets of stairs to get up to the top floor and there is limited leg room in the restroom for extremely long-legged persons (manuverable but worth noting).
