This place is perfect for us, It didn't feel like we were in Boracay. The place is uphill, it feels very private but also near the establishments and the beach. I mentioned to Ms. Grace that it was our first wedding anniversary. We did not notice at first but she upgraded our room to a much bigger room than what we originally booked. It was actually hard to leave the house because we felt so at home in this place. Leaving the bed was the actual struggle! Ms. Grace even cooked lasagna and made a salad for everyone but unfortunately, we were not able to try them. :( There were lots of dogs and cats which makes the house very homey. Ms. Grace and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. We would love to book this place again in the future! (and to also try Ms. Grace's lasagna)

Winnie is a very kind owner! He is not only funny and friendly but he always try to make his best to give to his guests a very nice experience in his Resort located few meters from the beach.

This was my 2nd time staying here for my short visits and would recommend! It's located near the busy d'mall/White Beach, quite clean and overall great, as always! Thank you.

I had a wonderful stay at Emil’s place. This is a very friendly place where you feel welcome. The room was super clean and comfy and the beach was so private. You can swim right from there and see turtles. The breakfast and diner offer were great. I highly recommend !

This is the best house in Boracay. I decided to go back for three weeks and booked it.The room was as pictured, and the balcony was the best place for me to value the view above all.Woke up with the birds chirping every morning. There was a dog and a cat in the house, and they were all very cute. The owner Grace was very kind and polite about the island. I fell in love with her breakfast.The room was cleaned daily. They are very kind.They also let me use the kitchen.I was able to cook my own dinner for the kids from time to time, which was helpful.The supermarket walked nearby and took a motorbike for 50 pesos on the way home.I was told the secret path to the beach in the back, so I walked to see the Sunrise every morning and it was a 10-minute walk. White Beach is also a 10-minute walk away, so I watched the sunset.I loved the vegan cafe, which was a 7-minute walk away. I'm so looking forward to returning here from now!

Quaint place located close to the beach, stores and restaurants. Felt safe with the 24-hour security, friendly and helpful staff all around. Room had the basic necessities. Took advantage of the massage at the property on our last night which was awesome. Had transportation set up through them as well which made everything easy for us.

Staff are accommodating. Host is very responsive. Public transport is right outside the building.

Returning for a second stay, I found it equally enjoyable, especially with my barkada after our girls' night. The staff were accommodating and friendly, and everything we needed was accounted for. The host is super nice and helpful. Thanks po!

This is the third time that my wife and I have stayed there and it was fantastic! One of the best Airbnb places we have ever stayed. Will definitely stay again! Thank you so much for everything you did for us!

The host was very accommodating and I’m thankful for the free snacks that they provided. It’s really worth the price and the place was a vintage vibe which was really great. The host let us shoot our photoshoot there and I’m grateful for that, the host was very friendly and the place was overall up to my expectations. There was a power outage the next day and although there was no backup generator, the stay was still great.

Stayed for 4 weeks here. My go to place to whenever I am visiting the city. As always, homey and comfy. :)

rustic little inn located on the outskirts of the city proper, but fairly convenient in terms of commute since there are always jeeps that pass by going to the city. we got the room with 2 single beds and it was by the highway so it got a bit noisy by morning. walls are also thin, but understandable considering the price. toiletries provided are a bit lacking, so better to bring own. but overall a great budget stay!

I love the place and the nature vibes. Its giving. Perfect for travelers who likes to have a me time with nature. The location is superb as it is near restaurants. This listing also offers food. Its always a plus if the place offers home made food. Neil and Maam Tess are very welcoming. Neil 100% responsive. Maam Tess hotel Point of Contact/Care Taker, very welcoming. The place is very reasonable for its offers price.

I will say Miss Liobe’s place is amazing. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. The place is very beautiful and clean. The place is also very close to the Airport. The views are amazing. Her staff is very attentive to all your needs and wants. She was there to help in every way we could ask and more. I will definitely be back here. The pool was very refreshing and clean. The food was amazing also. The room was very comfortable and cool also. The Balcony in the bedroom is amazing too be able too look for miles of great views. Richard her Chef is also amazing and so helpful. Richard will also set up you to travel place to place if needed also. Can cook you, Any meal you desire. It’s a great place for a couple or if you have kids I would totally bring them here. There are no down falls here. The side street vendors are the way to go if you want fresh fruit 🍉 in the area. This is truly a hidden Gem 💎 I will definitely be back to see Miss Liobe and her staff. She is more than willing to help make your vacation time worth it. We were very pleased with the service and hospitality. The hosts were permanently available and even brought us some toast when it rained and no shop was available. The pool and gym are a plus! The location is right between White Beach and Moalboal, so it's best to rent a scooter. 🙏🏽
