Our duplex cottage (44 square meters) with private entrance, terrace, parking and wallbox is located in the quiet Bürgerfelde district - on the outskirts of town and yet centrally located! Just 15 minutes by bike or bus from downtown, the train station and university and a few minutes' walk to the green surroundings. The house is completely renovated and equipped with everything new and comfortable. Ideal occupancy is 1-2 people/couples. For a few nights, you can also accommodate three people. Pets welcome!

Upstairs are two bedrooms and an open sleeping alcove, as well as the bathroom with sauna. (Sauna fee, see photo). Guest parking; (bicycles, printer on request). Dogs: (no large males or bitches in heat) allowed only on the first floor. Train station 1,8 km: NWB Oldenburg - Bremen, Bremen airport / 30 km.

Vacation home on the Weser beach! North Sea coast!

Thatched, individually and comfortably furnished, listed holiday home. Ideal for couples!The house on the dike is located directly on the beautiful Weser beach opposite "Harriersand," the longest river island in Europe. This can be easily reached by passenger ferry in summer. The surrounding area invites you to take walks, bike tours, kayak tours and swim. The location is an ideal starting point for day trips, for example to Bremen, Oldenburg, Bremerhaven, the North Sea, etc.

Apartment Hankhausen, Rastede with sauna

Hankhausen apartment with ecological aspects. Clay plaster and terracotta tiles form the basis for a cozy apartment. The apartment is on the upper floor. My partner and I live downstairs. The bathroom is equipped with a sauna and has an Asian touch. Non-smoking apartment. The first/second supermarket is only 1 km away. A parking space on the premises is available. At the moment, there is a construction site of a detached house opposite. There may be some impairments.

'Old forge' in the green Läd invites you to linger :)

The forge was built around 1920 and used as such. In 2009, the building was renovated and converted into a vacation home and lovingly renovated in 2017 and spring 2022 Ideal for vacationing in this natural area of “Hollesand.” From the in-house terrace with a grill, seating and sun loungers, you can overlook green horse meadows. An extensive network of bike paths awaits a bike ride, for to the "Hollesand," the large nature reserve, only 500 meters from the house.

Haus Birgid is located in Bad Zwischenahn in the district of Kayhauserfeld. Renovated in April 2023, the semi-detached house with a separate entrance is in a quiet cul-de-sac location, on the outskirts of the "Engelsmeer" nature reserve. They live in the entire basement. There is a doopel room and an additional single room at your disposal if needed. The parking is located on the property. Your pet is just as welcome in our house as you are.

Welcome to our charming cottage with character. Ideal for couples, business travellers and anyone looking for a quiet break. The accommodation is at ground level, fully furnished and located in a pleasant residential area. Good motorway connection (A28, about 3 km), shopping, restaurants and the Swarte-Moor-See for walks in nature. The city bus stops right outside the front door. A small garden makes this accommodation a cosy retreat.

Falls Sie mit dem Auto anreisen, teilen Sie uns dies bitte im Voraus mit, es steht Parkplatz vor dem Haus . Alle öffentlichen und privaten Bereiche Nichtraucherzonen.

We rent our cute vacation home in Aurich / East Frisia in an idyllic and quiet location, 3 kilometers from downtown. Although the former bakery is only 22 m², it is lovingly and extensively equipped. Combined living and bedroom with fitted kitchen, toilet with shower and covered (not visible) terrace and garden area with garden furniture, grill, sun loungers.

This unique place has a style all its own. On 85 square meters, the cozy living room with open kitchen, a small office and the pretty guest toilet are located on the first floor. The staircase leads to the gallery, where there is a comfortable sofa bed and a TV. The bedroom has a spacious box-spring bed and the directly adjacent bathroom.
