Welkom bij huisje Hooiland van de Havelterhoeve. Dicht bij het dorp met supermarkt en de Drentse natuur. Dit huisje, voorheen een oude stal, heeft een nieuwe badkamer, een keuken met vaatwasser en boven twee slaapkamers. Geniet hier van de mooie omgeving, ideaal om te wandelen of fietsen. Binnen enkele kilometers vind je de schaapskooi, hunebedden, WOII-kenmerken en Giethoorn. Het huisje is geschakeld, dit is de middelste, met je eigen terras geniet je van privacy en een natuurrijk uitzicht!

Deze comfortabele vrijstaande vakantiewoning, met een flinke tuin met privacy, ligt in een heel rustig klein parkje (± 30 huisjes) in het prachtige landschap van De Friese Wouden, aan de rand van het dorpje Boijl (870 inw.). De zonnige tuin geeft privacy en beschikt over 2 terrassen. Vlakbij zijn de Drentse Koloniën van Weldadigheid (Unesco werelderfgoed) met fraaie dorpen als Frederiksoord (Museum De Proefkolonie).
