The spacious luxury house is located in the middle of the city center on the canal, near the woods and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The house is equipped with spacious bathroom, outdoor jacuzzi, outdoor shower, underfloor heating, pellet stove, air conditioning. The house has two spacious bedrooms with box spring beds. The kitchen has all the comforts, such as dishwasher and combi oven. In the wooded area, there is plenty to do.

This vacation home has recently been completely renovated and is therefore equipped with every comfort. The house has a lovely spacious garden with lots of privacy and parking space. Inside, you can enjoy a warm bath or light the wood stove comfortably. The forest and two natural swimming lakes are less than 10 minutes' walk away, where you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking and swimming. Since the cottage is on a cozy campsite (De Lente van Drenthe), there are many amenities just around the corner.

Welkom in het bosrijke Exloo, gelegen op de Hondsrug in Drenthe. Wij wonen zelf in het monumentale treinstation van Exloo uit 1903, aan de NOLS spoorlijn, van Zwolle tot Delfzijl. deze spoorlijn is opgericht in 1899 en opgeheven in 1945. Deze spoorlijn is nu een mooi wandelpad! Naast ons huis staat een geheel vrijstaande en gloednieuw gerenoveerde woning van 2 verdiepingen met genoeg privacy en eigen ingang voor max. 6 pers. Er is gratis parkeerruimte, en een eigen terras in gehele privacy.

Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.

The houses in the park are both permanently inhabited and rented out for vacation. You can walk, cycle and mountain bike to your heart's content in the area. The apartment is located between monumental thatched farms in old Valthe, a small esdorp on the Hondsrug, Around Valthe there are forests, fields, heathlands, country lanes, fens, burial hills and dolmens. Many cycling and walking routes run through Valthe which give access to a widespread network through Drenthe and surrounding provinces. 1 child up to 4 years old can stay in the parents' room. On request a crib/cot can be placed.
