Cabin holiday rentals in Wexford County

This is our second time staying at Nina's cabin. It's so clean, comfortable, and has everything you may need for a relaxing getaway. Do not pass on Nina's cabin or you will be missing out.

Jeff’s place was exactly what we hoped for, my fiancé and I had a wonderful and peaceful stay. We would love to come back again =)

Great place to stay for a quick golf trip to Arcadia from down state. Clean, great hot tub and sauna combo. Second time I have stayed here, will be back.

We had a great stay at Amanda’s place. The outdoor space was incredible. We enjoyed the comfortable, spacious deck, fire pit and wonderful lake. The hot tub and sauna were an added bonus! Amanda was a great host, very responsive and thoughtful. Her home was very clean and peaceful/quiet. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. One thing to note, you do have to pass through the smaller bedroom to get to the master bed and the bathroom is located in the smaller bedroom. Overall, we had a wonderful time!

This place was great for a quiet, peaceful sisters weekend. It was rainy which was perfect to just read, eat and watch the wildlife right outside the glass patio door. We saw 3 different kinds of woodpeckers, squirrels and even a few frogs! We were still able to enjoy soaking in the hot tub, which is very private. There is nothing but woods behind the cabin. The inside is really cute and very comfortable, also very clean. There is a tv for movie nights and WiFi for streaming services. The kitchen had everything we needed also. Highly recommend!

We loved the cabin! Very quiet and peaceful! We did a lot of walking with the dogs and relaxed in the hot tub. Wonderful weekend!

We had a fantastic weekend stay at this charming cabin! It was the perfect spot for our family skiing trip. The cabin comfortably accommodated all 7 of us, including 2 young kids, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The kids loved the cozy atmosphere and the games available, while the adults appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the warm, inviting living area after a long day on the slopes. The location was ideal—close to the ski resort but still private enough for a peaceful retreat. The host was also incredibly thoughtful and provided everything we needed for a smooth and memorable stay. Highly recommend this cabin for families looking for a cozy, convenient getaway!

The home, property, setting, views, amenities and responsiveness from our host at Agape Vacation Rentals ( Jean) was amazing! Easy drives to the lakes and Leelanau Peninsula. Great spot and great host. Lost power in the middle of our stay but, made the best of it and enjoyed quiet time around the fireplace.

I stayed here for a much-needed quiet getaway. Todd's place is perfect for that! It was incredibly quiet and peaceful. The cabin itself was very comfortable and well-equipped. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and am likely to stay here again next time I need to get away!

The little cabin was exactly what I envisioned. Quiet and calm with lots of trees.

Cabin was perfect. Clean & comfortable. Great location. Road orv trails. Really enjoyed the fire pit. Cabin is close to the road, but don’t be concerned about that. We only saw a handful of vehicles pass all weekend. No neighbors within sight. Kids enjoyed running and playing in the yard. I would highly recommend

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils to cook with. Home was clean and the fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. Host was very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to go to reset and relax. The water was a serene experience and left us feeling awww’d Going to town wasn’t far to get needed supplies We look forward to visiting again!

Beautiful cabin! Lots of hiking around the area that was great for our dogs. Everything is under a 10 minute drive which was awesome. We got lucky with amazing weather during our stay so we were able utilize the outdoor furniture and space! The cabin itself was super tidy and clean and loved the look of it all. The hosts left us a nice bottle of wine and delicious cookies! Overall, a great weekend getaway!

I enjoyed my stay at Kim’s cabin. She was very responsive to my questions. There were pamphlets in the room for local activities. There is also a fire pit and horseshoes outside of the cabins. I will be back in the future.

quaint place, description is accurate. easy access to main roads, convenient to shops and restraunt within a few miles. employees working on property very friendly. waters hot beds comfortable. we will be back and also telling our friends of this place.

This was a perfect place to stay for a getaway in the wilderness and not too far away from town. There was little reception and it was spotty but personally we were hoping for a tech free weekend so this worked out nicely. The bathroom is connected to another (locked) area that gets rented out but we had no issues with other guests. Everything was super easy to find and everytime we thought we needed or forgot something Alysia had it. There was no coffee machine but they did have a French press if you’re a coffee drinker. All instructions were clear and Alysia was very fast with responding. If you want to have a campfire we recommend bringing a lighter or fire starters, as we did not see one round but we may have missed it. Also metal sticks for marshmallows because the fire pit is deep and the wooden ones are too flimsy. It was super close to the national rollaway hiking trail with a gorgeous view you have to check out. Overall this place was perfect for us, we hope you enjoy it too!

Had a nice relaxing weekend at the cottage. Very clean and great location, nice quiet small lake. Definitely will look to this place again next time as well.

Had a lovely stay at the Timbers. Was a tiny but well outfitted and organized cabin. We had everything we needed and more. Very well located, too! Would definitely stay again!

Cute as the dickens! Great communication! It is tiny so you definitely want to be friends with whoever comes with you but the cozy cabin is great to get away from it all. We had everything we needed and enjoyed a Netflix movie at night.

If you are looking to get away from the city - that’s the spot! None of us had cell service (only found one spot at the end of driveway where it worked and that was enough to be able to pull up a gps route when we’d been leaving the house) and that was THE BEST PART of our stay! Kids were off of their tablets - there is a ton of dvds available (kids now know what that is and think mom is the wizard for making the tv work 😅) and a whole shelf with games. House seems to be pretty old but well maintained with fresh paint, floors and bathrooms. Feels very cozy. Special thank you to the hosts for labeling everything in the kitchen - made life much easier. Also plenty of toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner as well as condiments in the kitchen (like salt and pepper, spices and sugar), extra trash bags - most of places we’ve stayed we ended up having to buy all of that. If I could I’d given this place 10 stars.
