No smoking anywhere on premises. Outdoor table and chairs, sun lounger.Not suitable for children under 12 , some exceptions apply by request only.No pets allowed .

The home is within 35 minutes to Auckland City.

With covered parking this self contained studio with a private sunny deck with barbaque and a gate to keep little ones in has a full kitchen with all the necessities you may need for your stay. With an integrated dishwasher and washing machine and separate bathroom the Studio is set apart from the main house. Enjoy the gardens and BBQ area or walk the 2 minutes to Little Manly beach and near to shops and transport
